Hey and Hi everyone! What is everyone up to today?
Finally back to a normal HA. Love your baby Yoda. Tried Carereaper but can't defeat him because he keeps freezing. I will miss the snowballs especially the ice ones but gave up on the achievement since it would take years of buying/throwing snowballs over and over. Not spring yet. We're getting rain and snow with another cold front coming through next week.

plops into Shark tank It's safer in here than RL right now. The supermarkets are NUTS man. What should have taken me under an hour to do (regular shopping) too almost 90 minutes because the line to check out wrapped around the store. My kids are off school until the 20th too. sighs

Thanks :D I was so happy when I finally got him! It took so long that I actually forgot about him lol. Is that the special one for today? I should go and try to fight him. I hate when they chain freeze! Their should be a limit. It is totally not fair when are not even given a chance to fight back or heal! It is starting to warm up here. I haven't heard anything about snow, so I am holding out hope that winter will be over soon.
I know! It is insane out there. I went shopping last night and you would have thought it was Christmas eve. I was in line for an hour :( stupid store only had 2 registers open and the rest were self checkouts. I just hope I have enough stuff to stay in for at least a week.
Things are crazy here too. The Walmarts in the two big towns near me are out of toilet paper, tissues, and hand soap and running low on baby wipes, cleaning products, and laundry detergent. Went to Walmart today and they had a sign on the door about limiting one package of toilet paper per customer per day.

It was sometime last year that one of the Walmarts near me revamped their craft selection. I was able to get a three-tier storage cart for my craft room.
It is, and it sucks when he accidentally wakes me up when he's packing his lunch. He gets up as early as he does so he can have breakfast and be more awake before he leaves the house. He tries to go to bed around 9:30 and falls asleep around 10. I just go to bed at the same time he does because there's no point in me keeping him up while I play a game or do something else for 30 minutes. The positive side to working 12 hours a day is he only works three to four days a week and has a longer weekend.
It is. It's also hard to make plans when we have 4 dogs to take care of. It was so easy when we had one dog who would eat whenever she was hungry, so we could just leave a big bowl of food in her pen. Then we rescued two strays and one of them just constantly ate and ballooned. So we feed them in the more and evening now.
I use the music part whenever I'm too lazy to download new music for my phone. It's also useful for long trips or working on projects.
Geez, you would think they would have the employees trained for the online orders. You would think that there would have been something coded in the online ordering process that would flag if a location was closed long term. I don't blame you. Chris and I are to the point that we don't want to order online from Pizza Hut because their website is so slow and clunky.
I also have to be in the mood and want to work on a crafty project. I got roped into helping make a quilt for Chris (I was my mom's idea). If she's constantly asking if I'm working on my part, it makes me less likely to work on it. I've got plenty of my own projects to work on. Oh, I was about ready to throw the yarn for the hat. I was doing what the instructions said but it was not looking like the picture. It's now finally looking like the picture, I just have to hope I remember what I was doing.
Mine's waiting until it's warm, both outside and upstairs. There's no way I'm gonna freeze my butt off just to organize two shelves. I can at least bring the one tub of decorations downstairs for Chris to go through, but then it will sit in the way down here.
I'll have to nab the FF7 demo and try it out. There's a Family Video in the town Chris works in, we've just never been in there. I've never rented games from Redbox, it seems like they mostly have sports games or Call of Duty/online type games. I'm waiting for Animal Crossing: New Horizons to come out next Friday and I'm debating if I want to purchase Dragon Age Origins on PC since EA is neglecting to fix the console servers for the game.
Yeah, and I hate garlic unless it's subtle (it made me feel sick before I had the miscarriage). I added my paprika to the seasoning to help override the extra garlic and I made sure Chris didn't add the wrong amount when we made the second batch of seasoning.
Oh, that's terrible. Just because you're famous doesn't mean that you can take whatever you want and use it how you want. That's theft. I watermark all my photos that I upload onto DeviantArt and then I also add their watermark to the image and I don't allow downloads. Doesn't mean that they still can't save the picture, but if they do it will have a big ugly watermark on it.
That's understandable, I'm still trying to adjust to the time change.

I haven't checked out our local Walmart or Meijers yet, but when I do have to go I will go in the middle of the night. Hoping to avoid as many people as possible!
Yeah I would do that too. I need time to wake up and get ready to face the world. I never undertood people who could roll out of bed and head out the door! I prefer working 3 or 4 days a week too. 5 or 6 days a week really makes it difficult to get anything else done.
Awe poor doggy. Was probably so scared that they would never be fed again! :( It is so great that they have a good home now!
Yeah that would be nice. It is annoying to go pick up your food and the employees are clueless. The whole point is to make it faster and easier! Not slow and painful! The pizza hut website here is great! Thankfully we have had no issues with it. Although it would prob be better for me if it didn't since I wouldn't be ordering as much pizza lmao!
Same! I feel that way about anything. If I am being bugged/nagged about something, then I just don't want to be bothered with it at all. It makes it feel like a chore. I don't care what I am doing, but I can never make it look like the pictures!! I swear those pics just set us up for failure.

I don't know what we will do if they ever shut down our Family video. I would prob just rent movies on the tv. I still wont bother with Redbox. I would deff wait on that one if there is even a chance that something is wrong with it.

yeah it really is awful. The poor guy obviously spends hours on his craft just to get ripped off by a spoiled brat! That is so wrong. We really need stronger copyrights to protect these artists worldwide. I am not sure what country he is from, but wherever he is they have crappy laws. Good idea!

How is everyone doing today? It's my birthday, but I'm having a lazy, low-key day since my husband is at work. I baked a cake for myself and once the butter I set out thaws, I'll get to work making a buttercream frosting. Just have to decide if I want it to be teal or purple-colored frosting.

One of the local Walmarts here has decided to close at 10 pm so they can clean and restock. The crazy thing is, there are zero cases of the virus in the area I live in. I'm just hoping that I can pick up Animal Crossing New Horizons on Friday.
I like to snooze my alarm a lot to the point that I essentially roll out of bed, get ready and head out the door. I don't bother with breakfast because I can't eat anything until I've been up for about an hour or so, so that saves me some time. Yeah, Chris enjoys the long weekends. And since he doesn't work Thursdays or Fridays, it means that we can get shopping done on either of those days instead of waiting until the weekend when everyone else is shopping. Or he can work on projects around the house or work on a vehicle.
This one also has to be fed from a slow feeder bowl because she will just inhale the food in two or three bites, which can't be good for digestion. Yes! The three that we rescued have much better homes now.
The Pizza Hut website here was just really slow. Maybe it was because we were on a smartphone, but Chris was tapping what he wanted multiple times before it finally selected it and loaded a new page. We probably won't order much from Pizza Hut any more, because the last pizza we had wasn't that great. It didn't taste the same.
Exactly! At first, I was stuck with sewing 300+ stars for the quilt because I had the idea of included 5-point stars on the borders. I spent over $70 on material and got at least 15 stars completed. Then the nagging started and I just stopped working on it because it wasn't what I wanted to be doing. It depends for me, sometimes I can get a project to look like the picture other times I can't. There are some projects that I can do by just looking at the picture, like chainmaille.
I did take some leftover Christmas decorations upstairs yesterday but they just got added to the stack of things that needs to be organized.
I downloaded the demo on Sunday, just need to try it out.
I'm surprised the Family Video here is still open because it never seems very busy. Maybe Chris and I can check it out on Friday. We've rented movies from Redbox but now it's just easier to rent them from Amazon. Chris bought be Dragon Ago Origins for my birthday! The servers for the PC game work fine from what I've read on Reddit and forums, its the servers for the console games (PS3 and Xbox 360) that have been down for over a year. Basically, EA doesn't think there's any more money to be made from the games or that people still play the older Dragon Age games.
I must be a vampire because I can't stand garlic. We got 5-cheese Texas Toast and it was loaded with garlic and nowhere on the front of the box did it say it had garlic!
It is bad and there do need to be stronger copyright laws. I think that's a problem that a lot of artists are having lately, is their work being stolen. I know a lot of them are having issues with Asian companies stealing their art to use on merchandise. The artist who draws Fergus the horse has had multiple pieces of her work stolen and used for that purpose. If I upload any more of my photography to DeviantArt, I'll have to start putting my watermark in really obvious and annoying places.
It's times like this when the world goes crazy, that I'm glad I live out in the country. Only two areas of my state have cases of the virus and they are far away from me, yet people are still going out and hoarding things.

Thank you! And thank you so much for the gifts! :) Decided to color the frosting teal, but it wasn't dark enough so I added purple and ended up getting a darker blue frosting, but it tastes great.
My state is starting to close down too even though only two cities have confirmed cases. Schools have been shut down for the rest of the school year and it bounces back and forth between gatherings of no more than 10 or 50 people are okay. I'm just hoping I'm still able to pick up my copy of Animal Crossing New Horizons on Friday that I pre-ordered.

I'm excited about the new Animal Crossing game, but I'm also unsure about it since it seems like there are quite a few changes to the game. Once I have the game and can play it, I'm sure some of my hesitance about the game will go away. I'll have all weekend to fiddle with the game while my husband is at drill if he still has it.
Maybe we can exchange friend codes when we each work out the kinks in the game. :)

yeah I love hitting the snooze too lol. I can't eat right away either. Sat and Sun are bad days to go shopping. The stores are always so crowded. Not sure what they will look like now though. It is great that it gives him more free time ;)

I have a dirt cheap flip phone so I have to use my PC for everything online. They have the dippers pizza back again and it is so good! For some reason it is way better than their regular pizza!
Wow that was a big project! Sounds like something you will have to be in the mood for lol. Baking is the big thing for me! I have tried so hard to make some of those magazine cover deserts for holidays and they never turn out :( I tried to make a basket cake once for Easter and it tasted good, but it deff did not look like a basket! It looked something like this:

That looks interesting. Stinks about EA though. I hate when companies just drop games and other things that players have already paid for. I have a useless WiiU or (whatever it is called) collecting dust in a drawer.

Hey, how's everybody doing? I wasn't overly concerned until yesterday when I found out there is a confirmed case in my town, which is surprising since we're a rural area with few tourists, no large airport, etc., and that people's cars are getting broken in to at night. Getting kinda scary. Still don't understand why the hoarding TP thing, do people really think they've stopped making it?! Have to go to the store next Saturday and hope there's some things on the shelves. Dominos is still delivering. And I can't stay at home until/unless the office where I work says to. Blake was easy to defeat. 20 of my pets are T11-12 so had no problem. Hope all the Sharkies got the loot they needed. And what happened to the promised excitement posted in the news a few days ago.

Hey Hun :) We have at least 1 confirmed case here where I live. There could be more since the last time I checked. After midnight tonight we all have to stay home unless we are going to the grocery store, drug store, bank or gas station. I have to go out Wed morning :( not looking forward to it at all!! I just want to stay home and hide. I have been wondering the same thing. What happened to the next event? I thought it was supposed to start by now.
The next event on the calendar is masquerade, 1 of my favorite Subeta holidays, but it says late March so probably next weekend? Our area is not on lock down yet but when it does I may still have to go to work because our office is considered a first responder group. If they tell me to stay home and I can use my sick time for that it would be fine with me. At least the stores are starting to get stocked again with some supplies.
