Yeah that's good. I always feel rushed trying to decide on what strain to start with and trying also to remember how to get it ASAP. Stupid job. Hope they have some good ones this year.

Busy at work. We’ve got Winter Carnival coming up all next week and that’s always a bit nutty! Pep Rally starts it off this Friday night and it’s just going to be flat out from there. O_o
Alex and his g/f are coming for a week. They’re driving down the Saturday after Winter Carnival Feb 28th- just hoping the weather is going to be good- it’s a long drive!

Just got home from work and have quests to get done since they didn't reset last night. So I paid 25K for 1 of the new strains right away. Looks like I got Lake. Darn, wanted Ice. Edit: Well I gave up and removed the Lake virus and chose Ice. Which will take a lot longer because now I have to wait. Darn. Hope it turns out really cool. :D

Yeah, weighted blankets are expensive. I noticed that Walmart now sells what you need to make your own weighted blanket. Walmart has this one online with 4 different weight options

The drive to the conference wasn't terrible, the drive home...awful. It started raining 30 minutes into the drive home, then about an hour in the wind got super strong, pouring rain and temps started dropping. It ended up taking me three hours to get home because I just started driving slower. Oh, that sounds cool! I need to talk to Chris and figure out what the plan is for our 5th anniversary next year. This year, Chris will be gone for the whole month of July for training, so we'll celebrate before he leaves and after we get back. I think we might go to Omaha after he gets back but I don't think anything is planned for before he leaves.
I share my Prime benefits with Chris and he buys stuff off Amazon all the time. I mostly use Amazon Prime Video to watch movies and TV shows. I mostly worry about my packages getting lost. If someone steals one of my packages off my porch, they need to find a new hobby.
Yeah, I don't know why people would call in an order and then show up over an hour later for their food. If the fries have to sit for untouched for longer than 5 minutes, they're done for. I've only ordered online for Pizza Hut and Jimmy John's with zero issues. I would probably have issues ordering online from Taco Bell because I'm so picky.
O.o That's some stiff yarn! All the yarn I have is super soft because I've found that some yarns feel really scratchy on my skin (terrible thing to find out while wearing a sweater). You might be able to find a way to soften the scarf on Google. I starting crocheting a slouchy hat last month, then put it off to the side. I need to get back to work on it. I think I restarted that thing 6 times before I finally got the stitched right. I just got too frustrated with myself the last time I tried to learn how to knit.
I've got the two shelving units full and then 4 bigs tubs, 2 half tubs, and three tiny tubs full of Christmas decorations and I only decorated two rooms. I really need to reorganize all of it once it's warmer upstairs. Googling vintage items that have no maker's mark is the hardest thing because a description of the item brings up hundreds of results that I have to pick through.
I finally made it to the Pirates of the Caribbean world, but I've taken another break from the game. I'm not a huge fan of the cooking game either. It was fun at first but now it's just a tedious chore to find the ingredients so I can make everything. You're either cracking an egg or stirring something and it's easier to fail than pass. I haven't bought the DLC yet either because of the $30 price tag. I couldn't justify spending that much at the time, but I'll probably grab it sometime this month or next month.
I always end up overworking dough because I always end up with one spot that doesn't want to mix in well. The verenika dough being tough to work with was all my fault though. I misread the recipe and added too much veggie oil.

I would love better sleep! Most of the time I wake up feeling like I didn't sleep at all.
I hate driving in bad weather. I had to drive home in a snow storm once and it was very stressful. I was on the highway so that made it even worse! I hope you get to do something super fun :D
I used Amazon Prime free trial to watch Numb3rs. I binged the whold series as fast as I could and then didn't renew lol.
The only reason I like ordering taco bell online is because I am so picky and I hate trying to customize something in person. I would rather just tick all the boxes and be done with it. I just had problems picking up the orders. No one at our TB seems to understand how online ordering works 0_0
Unfortunately that scarf is long gone. One day I might try again, but I prob forgot how to do it lol. Yeah once I get frustrated with something it is very hard for me to get back into it.
I need to go through all of my holiday stuff too. That is going to be a huge job that I am not looking forward too! Yeah I hate trying to research items like that.
We had a terrible time with cracking the eggs. I think Emily just gave up on it. No fun if the game makes wants to make you rage quit. The DLC was fun, but I was kinda hoping it was going to be a lot better. Right now Emily is getting interested in the Final Fantasy games. She played Final Fantasy XV and managed to beat it during the rental time (thank goodness). She doesn't want to own that one, but she played the demo for the XII remake and wants that one. The graphics are amazing!

I would love to be talented like that! I feel bad for them though because it seems like a lot of people like to steal their art. Recently it was Aaron Carter (yeah he is still around 0_0) he openly admitted to stealing the art and said that the artist should be grateful! Such an entitled creep! I guess he figured that since he could see it online then it must be up for grabs. Moron!

I haven't paid much attention to the craft aisles at Walmart lately to know if they still have the supplies. I'll try to remember to look tomorrow and check the price because I thought the supplies were relatively cheap. I might make my own travel-sized weighted blanket.
I haven't been sleeping well lately either. Chris has to get up at 3:30 a.m. to get ready for work and for a while, I wasn't waking up when he was but for the past month, I've been waking up when he's packing his lunch or when he comes in to pull the blankets back over me. We also have a new kitten in the house that likes to get into mischief.
I try not to drive in bad weather because I'm more concerned about the other people driving, or their lack of driving according to road conditions. I drove on Interstate in a snowstorm once. It wasn't terrible, but it's not something I would want to do again. We had talked about going to Hawaii for our 5th anniversary but then Chris completely forgot that we had talked about it. It will depend on if we can finally start building our house next year.

Geesh, you would the employees would know how online ordering works since it's advertised so much. The Taco Bell I go to even has two kiosks that you can order from if you don't want to wait in line.
I think I watched 4 episodes of House while taking that hat apart over and over again. I need to reprint the instructions because I've had to cross out where my stopping point was so many times. I need to get back to work on it but I don't feel like sitting on the couch for that long.
I need to pick a day when Chris is home to go through the Christmas decorations because one of the tubs is full of his decorations that he got from his parents and grandparents every year while growing up. I know I won't be able to slim down my ornaments any because I only buy the ones I'll put on the tree. I just need to get everything back into an organized stack and not taking up half the room.
Chris had me redo some of the recipes to get three stars on everything. I should've just handed him the controller. I've never played any of the Final Fantasy games but they do look interesting. One of my friends keeps recommending that I try them out. I've been splitting my time between playing Control and Dragon Age Origins. I think I'm gonna have to buy Dragon Age Origins for PC though because the PS3 servers have been down for over a year so I can't upload my new character to the DA Keep. Where do you rent your video games from? Now that Hastings is gone, I think my only rental options are Family Video, Redbox, or Gamefly.
I triple check recipes now before I add ingredients. Chris and I made a taco seasoning for chicken last week so we could have loaded nachos. We doubled the recipe for the first batch of seasoning we made, but Chris accidentally quadrupled the amount of garlic powder.
That's awful! I hate that people like that exist. Why should the artist feel grateful that their artwork was stolen? Because the person who stole it was famous? That's a lousy reason. Whenever I upload some of my photographs on DeviantArt, I'm constantly worried about it being stolen and used somewhere else.

One time I ordered online and went in to pick it up and they guy tried to tell me there was no order 0_0 It took so long to get it all straightened out that I did not save any time at all ordering online. Another guy that was there waiting said he had ordered online from a different taco bell and it took his money only for him to go pick up his order and find out it was closed for remodeling! I haven't oredered online from them again!
Some times it can be tedious and some times it can be relaxing. I usually don't know which until I get started lol. If it goes smoothly then it is relaxing. If it wants to annoy me, then I want to throw it away
All of my holiday stuff is going to sit in the closet until I drag out again in Dec. I have given up on organizing it before then :P
Oh I would have! He deff would have done it himself! The Final Fantasy 7 remake demo is available for free on the playstation store. Emily played it and loved it! I think I am going to get the game for her when it comes out. She found the Final Fantasy XIV online game. She is playing the free trial version. Not sure what we are going to do when the trial runs out. We rent our video games from Family Video. I hate renting from Red box.
