Ahh, that can make it a bit trickier. som yarn unfrog better than others too. :) I find that it helps to go up half a size or even a whole size knitting needle than the suggested if you knit very tightly. :)

admittedly the yarn I was using was some cheap acrylic I found locally, so that probably had a lot to do with it! I had to unpick some stitches on a hoodie I was sewing this week (the sleeve seams hadn't lined up properly so one side's seam allowance was a lot smaller than the other).... after managing to make a hole in the fabric a few times, I ended up just cutting the seam off so I could resew it 😊

Mum's had lots of pain and we convinced her to go to the er today. Looks like they'll be admitting her.

I am glad! Very happy with what I got for sure, my dads wife is gonna help me sew the curtains. :) That is kinda icky to do without a sewing machine. lol

laughs I don't think I would've even attempted to frog fluffy yarn! :P nods it's wearable, and that's what matters ;) I need to hand stitch the binding down on the neckline on the inside, but other than that, it's finished .... and in theory, if you look at it when it's being worn, you shouldn't be aware that I had a few arguments with it while I was sewing :P

I can imagine! It's always the expensive yarn that seems to need frogging :P nods actually, it's more of a lightweight hoodie - the fabric's sold as "summer weight sweatshirt" as it's not fleecy on the inside, but I'm hoping it'll be perfect for autumn & spring (or milder winter days) :D
