I've been here just over ten years. I honestly don't remember how I came across subeta. I think I really liked it from the start, I was impressed by how generous everyone was. I tried referring people before but it never stuck unfortunately. I wish I had friends that played!

you and I both! It gets a little lonely on here without any active friends to talk to. I try to communicate through the message boards but I guess because I am on odd times I can't really reach anyone and I'm not consistent enough unless I'm commenting on their profile.

I've been a member for a little over 2 years, but I was inactive until this week... Lol. I was looking for sites similar to other sites (not sure of rules around here, don't want to name) and everyone was recommending Subeta so I figured why not. My first impression was good, but I didn't actually know anyone on the site so I got a little bored. I have! I have 2 referrals They're unfortunately not active.

I have two friends who I met on Neopets (lol) who became real life friends! They both have babies now, which I will never have so I am here while they are being moms out in the real world <3

Love this site, it has gotten me through many breakups and sick days!

Eleven years pretty soon. My original neopets guild played here more than neopets. Mostly I remember it was crashy, and getting an avatar (not a HA, an avatar) was challenging, and that the best way to make sP was in currency speculation. Everyone I'd recommend it to who still plays here seems to already play before I mentioned it, those who I did recommend it to who don't play came when the site crashed or slowed down, and promptly left.

I remember avatars, I miss them, I got one custom made when they still had them. Crazy how things change!

I think someone mentioned this site while I was on neopets or something, before they became freeze happy assholes about talking about other sites. What was your first impression? I enjoyed that it was for older people, adults. It surprised me and made it a lot of fun to see I could decorate a HA and own pets and get all the perks of neopets, but for adults. I was dead set on getting all my bloody pets back then, before they revamped them haha. I can still remember my bloodred harvester in all its low detailed glory. I also had a sick killer mime outfit back then, but they changed the mime makeup into something so boring hehe Have you recommended the site to anyone? Just one Are they a active member of the site? How long have you been a member of Subeta? Just over 6 years. How did you come to find the site? I'd known about subeta for a long time before I joined, but I can't remember how I originally heard about it. What was your first impression? I didn't understand at first. ^^; There was definitely a learning curve, but I quickly realized that it was pretty much superior to neopets in every way. Especially when I found out you could get up to 20 pets on one account and when I found out you could buy art and replace site art with your own. Have you recommended the site to anyone? Yep! Are they a active member of the site? Indeed! I rambled about it SO MUCH in our emails that she finally joined and started playing and now she loves it! (I got her addicted to neo too, back in the day)

Almost seven years but only active the last eighteen months. (15 years of Neopets to contrast) I learned about this site from a banner on DeviantArt. My impression was limited and was complicated by major downtime, I like the greater level of changeable options. So far no recommendations. Inapplicable.

I have been a member for 12 years (jesus...) I found it through Suta-Raito back when she did some art for Subeta. I was scouring for Neopets stuff and saw some art of the Clawsion, and a couple others she did and was intrigued. I was a bit confused when I first signed up, but I really liked the pets and how different they were from Neopets -- more realistic and less cartoon-looking. I have recommended it to a couple of my friends! Only one is active(ish), the other is studying to be a doctor, so needless to say she doesn't have time for much else haha!

Member For: 10 years, 4 months, 1 week, 5 days Friend told me about it I liked it, reminded me of another site I played only Subeta is better. Yes a few friends. Only one is active now the other barely comes on.

I've been here: 6 years, 7 months, 3 weeks, 4 days I remember a friend told me and about this site. I think this was back when Neopets had made some major changes that a lot of us didn't agree with so much back then or something. Anyway, we moved over here and I remember being terrified of the forums. I would quietly lurk for a long time and never say anything. I still do this sometimes, won't lie haha. I love the pets, the avatars, achievements, collections. Honestly, there's a ton to do on this site. Everyone here was extremely welcoming and it was amazing. I've recommended the site to a few people, but they haven't stuck around it seems. Kind of sad, but everyone's allowed to like or not like whatever it is they do haha.

I've been a member for almost 10 years. I've a few months to go yet. A classmate in college recommended it to me after seeing me playing Neopets. It was much nicer than Neopets. I was especially struck that the staff were actual humans you could talk to. I've recommended it to quite a few people, but no one's stuck around.

What was your first impression? I thought it looked neat but I wasn't very active, It wasn't until may a year or 2 later that I came back as an active member after having issues at neopets. I was also looking forward to a more mature pet site.
