I even made myself laugh at the gifts because they're soooo cute packed in a little giftbox xp He loves otters and he has the item "Ott-Oh" in his signature so I went "Happy Ott-Oh Day!" aha!

I was on an errand for my grandma last week and took the subway. A man was walking around asking people for directions in a mix of at least 4 languages and looked desperate. Noone wanted to help and most people simply ignored the man. I walked over and asked him where he needed to go and he showed me a paper with an address - it was on the other side of the city and in the opposite direction I had to go. I called my grandma and told the man that I would get him to that address. We talked a little in broken English while we were on the subway, he was a refugee and on his way to meet with his family after getting separated on the border. It was heartwarming to see him getting reunited with his family.

To say the truth... most of the time I would have been one of the others who ignored the man. I'm really shy and get afraid of people really fast, but the eyes of that man got to me. I hadn't a good Xmas this year, didn't even put up a tree or any music. I don't have any contact with most of my family and that weighted down on me really bad. The coldness of the other people against that man was unbearable in that moment. I didn't think and just went over to him and it felt so good afterward.

coincidentally had the same idea as , i went ahead and gifted + welcomed some newbies! i used to do this all the time but unfortunately at some point just ran out of time to do so (or even go on subeta) and this was the perfect reminder ❤️

I stalked the newbie forum and sent a big color-matching gift box to one of them and welcomed them. It wasn´t an easy task because 99 % of them had nothing at all or some really minor items in their wish lists being so new, LOL

I've been at work for the last 66432958734985 years. It's 4C outside, and bucketing down rain with some winds to go with it (who doesn't love horizontal rain?). I work in a coffee shop, where there is free wifi and hot drinks, so we're getting a lot of "customers". I've been comping basic drinks (teas, coffees [not coffee drinks; I'm not rich enough to be giving out lattes and mochachinos, people], and hot chocolate) to everyone who comes in.

On Subeta, I've been trying recently to send a birthday gift every time I notice a cake, whether I know the person or not. I know what it's like to be forgotten on your birthday and I try my best to make sure no one else ever feels that way.

i shared my box and free shop loot with others sadly the boxes are gone but the free shop is still here ^^ so i will continue shareing whatever i don't need with others ^^ maybe browse through someones wl and buy something on there for them too ^^

Actually she was scared of my nephew D: we tried to keep him away from her because he will grab the cats and just lay on them and it scares her. We took the photo real quick and released her and she ran upstairs

Complimenting people I pass during the day is one of my favorite things!! I try to make a point to say something nice to at least one person every time I go out. :)

i like sticking people, and i've gotten a bunch of stickers from the free shop, so i'll wl search and stick 'em to people who don't have them in their albums :) i'm also looking forward to my bestie getting their xmas parcel i sent them! she hasn't had a great last few months so i wrapped some gifts and sent them off to her. hopefully it gets there soon! why do international parcels take foreverrrr D:

During this Lumi event I have met some new people and I was lucky enough that they accepted my friend request. I try and be nice to everyone I meet. I was SS to several people. Sadly I do not feel I did the name any justice, But I do know that at least one of them like what I got them. :) you both have done a GREAT job hosting these events and also SO SO SO VERY generous!!! I will be sending you both something. I hope everyone ob this thread and and others have a GREAT day!!!
