Do we know if/how mods stack with the new crystal system? For example, if I want to make a weapon freeze, could I just add 3 freezing tear crystals and give the weapon a 3% chance to freeze? Or maybe 3 freezing royals and 18% chance? Or do the crystals have to be different to stack?

Just going through Cash Shop opponents and didn't receive an achievement for defeating Jollyjaw. Is this an intentional thing and has been reported or is it just the exception to the rule?
