It's the really difficult one. They only put one of them in at a time, so the special one is out for Friday the 13th. The regular one shows up by himself on the 13 of every other month when it's not a Friday.
[edit]Both versions actually have the same base stats, it's just that this one has tougher weapons and heals more and stuff like that, so it's harder to beat even though the stats are the same.
On Friday the 13th the one you see there is the one all jacked up and Mt Dew and Twinkies!

What the frick is with the loot? I know there's always been garbage that he drops, but did his ratios get changed or am I having sucky luck? Seemed it used to be you could pretty much count on one or two amulets per win... I'm getting cats & clover like there's a clearance sale on them.
Where's customer service? I want to exchange these for the stuff I was expecting! ;)
