I wonder if any of the old weapon drops will be involved or something, could be why limits were placed on them as well. To keep them rare to keep the other new stuff rare. I guess we'll see, but anyway I hope nothing becomes too impossible to get. lol

What a time to be a battler huh, we are being absolutely spoiled rotten! ;-;

Only downside is that every time they go through and do something like this as a surprise, we almost always get something terrible out of it, like back when crit hits would ignore defense.

If I'm remembering this correctly, this all started with talk about revamping scrolls with custom abilities. I'm just hoping they don't mess with current scrolls, or that they don't make scrolls needlessly complicated without any benefit like they do with every scaling weapon ever released with the exception of tainted keeper skull staff.

Mhm, which is making me wonder what other surprises they have in store for us today :P

I made it back to page 258 of the item directory before I got bored if anyone wants to take a second look. they probably aren't finished unlocking the staff item scrolls, since I found like 12+ shards, and only 6 scrolls

I was expecting some new loot, new achievements, maybe new opponents, and some new ways of getting loot or EXP or something. But this seems just huge. When they said big updates, they weren't kidding.

Ugh, the thought of something like scaling scrolls makes me head hurt. Buildable scrolls, kind of like the blaster drop from Abox, though, could be interesting.

Have the Brilliant Crystals always been there or have they been resurrected after all?!

edit: Wind Cabochon Crystal is also there, but is the only one. HMMM

I'm wondering how different they'll all end up being, I saw some new freezing ones as well, so hmm. This could change how we decide to mod our stuff maybe.

but yeah, I feel like there's gonna a catch or something. Like, all the opponents stats going up by 10% or 20% overall now to compensate for power creep lol
