I've had lag since the event started but today it's very bad. Took forever just to get to this thread. Pages sit there loading forever then turn into an error 504 page. I went to the status site which says everything is fine and operational but I find that hard to believe. 😔
I find it comes and goes in waves, but it's been steadily getting worse throughout the day. I can't get into my vault at all now; it just throws up a 504 error when I try.
It's worse for me today than it's been in a long time. Just rotating my pets through training took forever, with the page hanging with each new click. I just tried battle quests, but yeah, Imma wait a few hours and try again then.

Well, I would dearly love to throw some tokens at the RB, but my vault won't even load. And if it did, the idea of trying to do anything with a bunch of items is making me crazy. :(

Very laggy today. It seems to come and go in spurts. I almost gave up finishing a quest giver this morning it was so bad. Then it perked up for a few minutes and I was zipping along then back to molasses.
I'm back for Wizard quests and it is bad again. :(
what's with the lag? i rarely experience lag, even when others report it. the lag was so bad today that i can;t even vend.. that's where i see the worst lag - perhaps everyone else is also vending and that's why... the day is almost over for me, and i hope i manage to autoprice, though loading any page reminds me of gambling. i feel lucky i didn't get the 502 errors, or the site/DNS can't be reached message.. :/

The lag is so bad that I can't auto-price my shops. I'm assuming it's a combination of my SLOW internet and subeta. I have very slow internet where I live, but it's not usually so slow that the pages won't load to auto-price. oh well, I think people are not shopping as much in user shops anyway, sales are down, while most people are stalking Freyalise. :)
Hopefully it will be better again tomorrow after the recycle beast craziness is done. Even that isn't working for me anymore though, I'm getting cloudflare errors on the turn in page and it's not giving me any RB points anymore. So I'm done with that I guess. :/

I have had bad lag the last few days. The worst is today. The event is supposed to go on for another 6 days??? I have sent in multiple tickets. Says they are working on it but nothing is being done. Highly annoying.
I think everyone should make tickets then they have to do something
If they said they're aware and working on it, then sending more tickets in isn't going to help with anything....
The lag is really bad took ages to get on site and trying to anything is Impossible please can it be fixed at this rate nothing will get done on here

Except you don't really know that it's not being worked on because you don't work for the site.
The lag can be a complicated issue, and as it's been stated there are multiple refresh-heavy things going on right now (Freyalise shop, Recycle Beast, and general site use stuff). Just because something takes a while to fix, doesn't mean that nobody is doing anything about it.
the reason it's not working is because their servers cannot handle the amount of people for the event. This has happened before and they put up new servers and it worked fine. but they aren't doing that this time which they should.
Previous events this year have been not too bad though, and they did say on the first day that they were going to be using more servers.
I personally have not experienced any lag issues until today, which is when the Recycle Beast started asking for Wizard Tokens, so I feel pretty sure that's the main culprit right now. If it doesn't clear up for the most part tomorrow, then it's probably something else.
But sending in more tickets is not going to do anything to make the lag go away. All that does is create more work for the support staff who can't really do anything about it except say they are aware of the problem.
