You're probably right about dumping everything into health. I think I'll probably end up sitting on my exp pile until the next throwback Thursday since I don't feel close to being able to handling Crawbeast. Right now I can't do enough damage compared to its healing to end the fight before getting chain crit beyond recovery. And buying 800 stats instead of 400 will feel more rewarding. In the meantime maybe I'll crack and buy OHS to make Chase less RNG.

Have you tried PBB + Swash for Chase? Light is his second biggest/ most common icon type so the PBB might be helpful and cheaper than the OHS. If you've got the Aftershocks scroll it would probably take care of some of his earth icons.

I use PBB, Aftershocks and Swash, plus Replica Minotaur Knocker and Malignant Rift Staff since by the end of a successful match he's stolen two or three of my weapons. Everything seems to come down to the RNG of what he steals, when, and if he chain crits me (especially after stealing PQ or RotL). He's probably going to be the same order of difficulty as Flamagia after the next time I buy stats though.

12 times since I counted the mage spammed that bs healing tome. Whatever I was hoping I could spam cronus for long enough that I could crit hit him for all his health =p

When I got my first win against him I used Natasha + PBB which, well let's say, was not the best combo against him, so I think PBB does have its use against him.

The activation rate of OHS's blessing is 25%, which is def < than if you slot 4 BoNAs onto PBB and Swash. He still gives me trouble with his stealing, so every time he steals something important and I don't see a chance of winning I just forfeit the battle and heal up before going in again. Even if I've got 4 main attackers he still can do a lot of damage with them and potentially outheal my damage considering his high health, so I personally find forfeiting a better option than sticking to the fight at this stage.

Slowly making it through my medium challengers. Only have about 4 left to go. Then it will be on to the CS ones. Hoarding exp as much as I can, same with any amulets I can get.

If he steals 2-3 items in the first 5 or so rounds and hasn't chain crit me then I forfeit. He seems to either chain crit me to death quickly or, if RNG isn't on his side, dies to my slow chipping away at his health. By then he's taken a weapon or two but it's no big worry unless it's a healer and he uses it a turn or two away from death.

Finally reached past 200 on all stats! (besides level of course)

Oh I missed one of you points in your previous post. I'm not sure if this is bad news, but RNG will continue to be on his side until we reach a certain stat. I think I started to use a similar combo to yours later on, but I only noticed that I could beat him more consistently when I kept adding to HP and Def. Even when I was at 3,300 HP and 2,100HP it still felt like I stood only 40% chance of winning even with one godly plus PBB. This did change when I added more stats and the change was quite noticeable.

WHAT in the world does this do?? Why is it so expensive I'm just generally curious

The wrath is a god weapon that blocks 100 fire icons, does light/fire/magma damage, heals for 10% and has a curse that inflicts more fire/light/magma damage for 2 turns. God weapons are expensive and rare. This was originally the top tier prize during the restock war which you could only buy if you won A LOT of restock points. When they added the prizes to the antique shop, they tried to scale the prices from rs points to sP accordingly. Although some would argue that they made the items too expensive.

That's one of the cheaper god weapons since you can purchase it in the antique shop. A lot of the og ones (wand of the phoenix, ostaff, etc) you can't even find a seller for. Apparently, someone offered 15 billion for I think the ostaff and that offer was rejected.

Given what he's like now he'll be another experience point pinata when I spend exp in a couple weeks. He'll have RNG, but he'll no longer be able to overpower me and bad luck won't be such a setback.
