I'm not sure but I think I read that there was a 20 minute cache? I spent yesterday some EXP points as well but didn't check Tziety's page, however the training center and the battle center both showed the boosted HP.

The damage page is here. You can check it every 12 hours for each pet. If you check before the 12 hours, you'll get a cached calculation.

I'm not sure if it's the same for scroll sets as to weapon sets, but weapon sets have a limit of 5, so if that's the case, you probably maxed out on space. You can always edit a set to add/remove scrolls though.

The max number of scroll/weapon sets is 3 for non-GA and 5 for GA users. If you've made 5 sets of scrolls, you can edit one of your existing set with the scrolls you need specifically for a certain type of opponent/ battle. However, you cannot create more sets aside from your existing 5. I hope that helps.

the Shriek worked 4 out of 5 battles. Except for one battle where we froze each other, I got consistent 6k damage... can't wait to try it again after Library quests.

Yeah it's about an 80% freeze rate so that checks out :p

Cripes but that took me what felt like forever. This is why I never bothered to fight many of them in years past. At win 1822 they finally gained enough health to start two-turning, though I could still crit and kill them in one turn from time to time. Glad this is done with, now all I have to do is get about 75 wins against the Golem's and 4 or 5 more on the Wizards and I'm done with Gelatins.

Turns out I grossly underestimated my pet. He's at almost 10 mil damage. Oh well, I know better for my other pets now.

Fortunately the minis I've defeated in the past are retained for the achievement counter, so though it was an ordeal all to its own, I've now got my Gelatin Slayer with 2413 minis defeated this year. Really looking forward to the fewer fights for the others(and kind of hoping there's a new foe after the Wizard this year).

Thanks again! Yeah, that many is a boss battle all to its own for the associated time investment. What I did was open Google Chrome(so, sooooo much faster than Firefox for battling), go to the 'select your weapons' page against the minis, and copy and paste the url a bunch of times in new tabs so that they could load the same page. Then with each battle done after clicking 'see results' I'd close out that tab and go right into the next to start a battle and repeat for four and a half hours.

I don't remember for sure but I think the minis only last a couple of days of the war? I honestly don't remember if they have additional waves toward the end, since most of the time the Hydragellos itself would be coming out then. With the way things are now you might ask the staff?

They do last only a few days , but since everyone's trying for the core, maybe they'll last longer. Hopefully they'll come in two waves as well LOL

I never thought of that method :o I'm just CTRL+clicking the START BATTLE button where I have preselected the weapons and their order for the Hydra (don't want to modify my sets) and take it from there lol

Ah, that's a pity, I do hope that they will be around longer then. This wave has lasted longer than I would have expected, but I suppose most battlers are more interested in the boss(and rightly so).

I only just learned of CTRL+clicking tonight by accident! Got to look into how much more effective that might be for other opponents.

Back when Kiyo had reared up I was also rearranging my weapons before each fight and I realized afterward that it ate so much of the clock alive. I'd really recommend you go ahead and modify one of your sets for the changes and just put it back to normal after the Hydragellos is done, but that's up to you.

I think CTRL+Click is faster than having a default set, because once the battle is over and I heal, I simply close the tab and CTRL+Click to start another battle (though it could be the same? I dunno lol feels faster to me)

I finally finished my quests. I'm going to make lunch really quickly (it's only 12:41 pm, and we don't eat until 3:30 pm, but since it's tuna salad, I want it to be in the fridge as long as possible to have it really cold on this hot day lol)

Oooh, that's so nice to get a AoN gifted! I got my RV and Soma Tablets gifted from a friend who left Subeta. With the STS and RV, I never thought I'd need an AoN, but for these kind of battles it's almost a must. I guess I'll return to stalking the Hustler every day. My tier 13 can survive a couple of hits, as long as the Hydragellos doesn't do the 1 turn KO move. So I use my full blockers later in the fight when I have below half HP. The longest I survived was 37 turns O.o pretty amazing.

Now I'm starting with my tier 10. Woa, I can't survive a single hit. I need more freezers and more AP. Not sure what weapons are best, just randomly using stuff now. Will take a bit to have my set properly configured.
