Sauvage could tell that Gaia and Magnus seemed to be having a second conversation, but when he agreed to take her along to see a real Quidditch match - she got so excited! "You can?" She squealed and jumped up, her legs still a bit wobbly. She opened her arms to hug him, but paused a moment. "er, eez eet okay eef I 'ug you, Magnus?"

"Well, it does 'elp knowing an entire quidditch team does 'ave it's advantages. Shouldn't be too 'ard ta get tickets." She asked to hug him which caught him off guard. "Alright," he said laughing, his sudden glum vanishing in the wake of the girl's joy. ( aww look see he's happy again between Gaia and Sauvage xD)

Sauvage got a running start and full-on tackled him in her excitement. She squeezed his abdomen as best she could, considering her arms still felt limp and hollow, and said, "Zank you, zank you, zank you! I cannot wait!" Her wobbly limbs couldn't hold her up any longer though and she fell back onto the grass laughing.

Magnus shook his head and laughed again after being fully hugged. Now he just needed to get her and Fade together. Problem was Fade would go cos he was Magnus' best friend so inviting him wouldn't really create a date would it? If he manoeuvred the girl and his friend to be sitting together... "I'm sure you'll 'ave a good time."

"well, eef I am zair wiv you guys, zen I am sure zat I will 'ave zee best time!" She sat back upon the grass and grabbed her feet, rocking back and forth. She couldn't help acting a bit childish now; she was just so happy. She'd come a long way on her flying so far this morning and now she was promised to see a real Quidditch match!

"I'm sure we all will." Magnus smiled. Sauvage was acting kinda cute and it made him think of his girlfriend.

Paddy watched as Eros flew the course, wondering how anyone could control a broom upside down with that much skill. Waiting for the other students to complete their attempts, so decided to follow Merlin's lead and complete the course the right-way-up first, just so she could get the hang of it for herself. The rotating rings caught her unawares, and she had to double back to get through the third one, but as she flew through the final stationary ring, she was eager to try it upside down again just to see how far she could get.

Rolling her broom over, she flew through the first two stationary obstacles, and much to her surprised, managed to weave through both sliding rings. She had to adjust her aim for the next stationary ring but managed to fly through that, although the barrel moved a bit quicker than she'd allowed for - she flew through it, but crashed into the side mid way through. Shaking her head slightly as she exited the barrel, she flew through the next two rings, but misjudged the 9th obstacle completely, catching the front of her broom against the edge of the ring. The broom lurched and she found herself speeding towards the ground, but surprisingly her reactions were faster than she'd anticipated and she had just enough time to pull up on the broom before landing with a soft squelch in the mud. "I think I'm better at flying up the right way," she muttered as she climbed out of the mud and started cleaning off her broom. "Unless someone could invent a broom with a built in parachute?"

After his first run demanded Eros () show them how it was done, and watching him was inspirational. This obviously wasn’t his first run, in fact it looked like he could complete the course with his eyes closed. Then again he was older and had more practice, but Fade still felt a little envious.

Almost as soon as Eros was done Gaia zipped off and just as effortlessly made it past all the obstacles. When she finished and took a bow Fade realized his mouth had been hanging open and he snapped it shut hopefully before anyone noticed. He was glad for the opportunity to see two experts versus the course. If he had paid enough attention surely he would be able to make it on his next attempt.

Merlin () and Magnus () returned faster than Fade thought they would and he was relieved to see his friend mostly unharmed. Then again it would take more than a broken arm or two to slow down Magnus.

At this point it seemed like everyone was ready to take on the course the proper way. Merlin made it through next. Most surprising of all was . Fade watched her very carefully and drew his wand when he saw her collide with the last barrel. But it seemed she was more than capable of saving herself and he stuffed his wand away impressed with her tenacity. When she was clear Magnus even gave it another try and came out successful. went in for the next attempt and seemed to have a good handle on it, all up until the last damnable ring.

With everyone having had a turn Fade adjusted his goggles and readied himself for his next try. This time upside down. Following Ero’s and Gaia’s lead he sped toward the first ring and flipped upside down just before passing through it. He kept up the momentum only slowing for the sake of timing the moving rings and going around the u-turn. Being upside down was certainly weird, but it wasn’t as weird as he thought it would be. The only difference being the pressure in his head was building.

Maneuvering through and past the last set of obstacles he zipped through the last ring and just so Paddy wouldn’t feel so bad, he just let go of his broom. Landing with a big splash, he back-flopped into the mud not far from where she was. Anyway it looked like fun… He sat up with a grin being the only not muddy part of himself as his broom floated to a stop somewhere near the original pile of wayward brooms for use.

Sauvage jumped onto her feet when she saw Fade hit the mud. Did he let go...on purpose? She'd been watching him very carefully, and that's what it looked like. But she noticed he'd fallen near Paddy, probably so she wasn't the only one in the mud. Or maybe he actually just wanted to be in the mud? Sauvage giggled at the thought as she walked up to him and . "Are zee two of you okay?" She looked at both of them for confirmation, but offered her hand to Fade to help pull him up.

Magnus watched as both Paddy and Fade made it through the course. Was it Gaia having shown them that helped? (he hadn't seen Eros) Both landed in the mud but Magnus was positive Fade had done it on purpose. He clapped for both of them and congratulated them both. Privately, he vowed he'd do better on the next course.

Fade laughed and took ’s hand. Mud squishing between them as he did. Pushing back his goggles to reveal clean circles around his eyes he grinned. He had thought about pulling her into the mud, but didn’t feel like getting backhanded or like ruining whatever slim chances he had with her to begin with. Although resisting the temptation was extremely hard. “Impressive right?” He puffed out his chest and laughed again.

Paddy held her breath as Fade () let go of his broom, sending mud flying as he landed, but his beaming grin made her quickly realise that he'd dropped into the mud on purpose. "You did a great job of flying that course," she said, as she flicked some mud from her fur. "I'm fine," she replied to Sauvage (), even if I am even more muddy now, thanks to Fade!"

(what am I chopped liver? -sobs- no replies for me ;-;. lol )

Walking back to where Magnus was standing, Paddy shook a few more loose bits of mud from her hair. "You did a great job with that circuit," she said, "you can tell who's already on the Quidditch teams. I hope the next course will be done up the right way though."

Merlin was distracted practicing his standing flight and mostly failing at it to notice all that was going on, but when he saw someone on the mud he looked to see who it was, but it seem like he was not needed and everything was alright. It seems like everyone had tried the obstacles by now, and it also seem like a good moment to try pass it in standing position since no one was paying attention, or at least he hope so. So, being a bit reckless as he was and always trying to try everything, Merlin started the course standing on the broom. He almost hit the first ring, and that was enough reason to stop, yet he didn't and keep going until he lost balance and had to hung on the broom for a few moments, getting back on it he tried for the fourth obstacle and since it moved slowly, he managed to pass only this time he was mostly hunched. But when he reached the seventh obstacle he slip off the broom. "Arresto Momentum" He whispered but ended up in the mud. "UGH! NOT THE BLOODY MUD AGAIN!" He almost cursed, but decided it was all his fault for being so stupid. He got out of the mud and cleaned himself and hoped absolutely no one has seen him.

Magnus was about to reply with something that would likely sound bitter, when Merlin fell into the mud. He looked up and wondered what his friend had tried? Smiling he went to offer him a hand up. "You. are. an. idiot," he said smiling, showing he really thought the opposite. "What you do, try it in a handstand?" Then he turned back to Paddy and shook his head. "Nah I weren't too good. But next course I'm gonna get better and faster."

Merlin laughed because he knew he shouldn't have try it, yet he couldn't help himself. "Well not handstand but yes standing, but had to hunch in order to pass." He smirks. "Should I try it blindfold? It would be a sure death." He giggled, but wasn't going to try that, at least not yet.

[img align=left]http://i.imgur.com/KTKugF2.png[/img] Eros almost facepalmed when Fade dropped into the mud to join Paddy. He sighed, but since no one got hurt, just dirty, Eros just let them be. They pretty much got through the course, anyway. If this was a real practice, the Slytherin would have made them do it all over again. Fortunately, this was just a workshop for skill building and well, they have accomplished that.

Just as Eros looked back to the course, he spotted Merlin standing on his broom, and then falling. Eros pulled out his wand, ready to slow the wizard down, but Merlin seem to be able to catch himself. Another one in the mud. This time, Eros really did slap his hand to his face. Again, at least nobody was hurt, the captain reminded himself. Yet. If there was one thing he didn't miss when he was a prefect, it was babysitting. And right now, it was starting to feel that way. Eros overheard Merlin say, even if jokingly, he wanted to try it blindfolded. "Merls, I will personally guarantee that if you try that during my workshop, you will the next one going to the hospital. And it won't because you fell or hit a ring," Eros sighed. "If I ever do another workshop and you plan on participating, can you let me know. I feel like you need your own waiver form, one tailored to you."

Eros then looked around to address everyone else. "Alright, take five, guys. There's water over there," he pointed over to the keg that sat by the tables. "Get cleaned up. I'll go over the next exercise in five," Eros instructed before flying back over to where they originally began. He hopped onto the ground and went to take a seat at the same place he started this morning, the steps that led into the stands.

Merlin felt a little bad for Eros, but just a little bit since he was enjoying himself. "Don't worry, I won't try the blindfold part, but it would have been epic!" He laughed but since Eros was not smiling, as usual, he stopped then added. "I always try to participate but having my very own waiver must be cool, and school should consider it." He tried to hold back his laughter but was about to explode. "It's not like I have a death wish, just like trying different things." He nods and then goes to drink some water. "I wish I had pumpkin juice." He smiled and said. "Accio Pumpkin Juice Bottle!" Not long after he had one in hand and ended up drinking it in one go.

Merlin wondered what would come next and if he could try the standing flying again. "It seems like flying with a broom has more variety than I thought." He looks at Magnus and said. "I think I will try your suggestion! Standing in hands! Maybe I will turn into an acrobatic broomstick flyer..or something like that." He grins expecting to be yelled at but really thought it was a cool idea.

Looking at the rest of the people he realized he didn't really knew them that well and wondered if he shouldn't be behaving so reckless, after all he was a prefect but when adrenaline was high he tends to do crazy things. "So..do you guys play quidditch? I have never played, only the practices in class and I normally suck at it, but it's probably my lack of experience and the little attention i pay to sports, this is the first time I actually really tried. I prefer my books and creatures most of the time."

Fade () had taken Sauvage's offered hand and she'd braced herself, totally expecting to get pulled into the mud as well. When that didn't happen she felt a bit disappointed, wondering if Fade was still holding back from being his normal self around her. Yanking her into the mud definitely seemed like something he'd do. But, she shrugged it off, not taking any offense, and instead whispered so just he could hear, "I zot you were very eempressive, actually. " She then winked, feeling suddenly flirty. She laughed as she noticed the circles around Fade's eyes where the goggles had protected them from the mud, pulled out her wand, and said, "Tergeo," which siphoned the mud from his face at least.

Wiping the her muddy hand the leg of her jeans, Sauvage replied to Merlin's question () : "Euh, eef you could not tell already, I am very much a beginner when it comes to flying. Before today, zee last time I got on a broom wuz when I was seven years old... that wuz - " she did the math in her hand, counting the fingers on her dirty hand - "about 8 years ago. When I wuz 9, my family bought two flying 'orses that we rode for most of our trips." She blinked, realizing then that she hadn't actually answered Merlin's question. "So, no..." Blushing, she tried to finish up her rant. "I 'ave never play zee game Quidditch."
