I've noticed that any item that sells out completely now remains in my CW Shop - all of the ones that were sold out at the time the changes were rolled out are gone, but sadly a chunk of newer sell-outs are still trapped in there with 0 copies available. I've also noticed on my item management page that there are items which have fulfilled all copies showing back up there too (items that were initially gone when you rolled out that change and have since reappeared).

hi Keith!

I'm going to pledge for a new official cw contest, because I really really think it'd be fun! I know the last two runs were a bit hectic (whiners be whiners) but I believe that with more organization and most importantly, more resources, this could really be a fun thing.

I feel like a lot of the changes helped the cw community. Not everyone was happy about the pawn shop, but personally ive found it easier to sell cws second-hand. It's also been easier to slot more than 10 copies, which is quite a relief!

Regarding cw shops, I still think the layout could be improved. The main dashboard too. For instance, it would be nice being able to categorize items (maybe via layers?), or having a more accurate frontpage that shows available cw shops. Something that people can go to easily and find new information without having to click on every shop (which no one does!)

Thank you again for all those changes ❤️ (just my two cents anyway!)

As a CW releaser; I'd really love to see some changes to the shops. More specifically being able to remove items (which would retire them permanently / delete all remaining copies) And being able to change the item display to new to old, rather than old to new. I personally hate having to scroll to see what new items people have, because some people have 50+ items in their shop.

Things I think are important to people outside of the community + just getting into the community The CW Database that was started. I'd really love to see this finished. Or at least some headway / updates on it would be epic af.

((Lastly I'm not sure this is something YOU can do, but I'd love to see some clarification on the smaller categories such as the accessory and jewelry categories because I've had some of my submitters get confused which to submit their items under and I can't find anything that makes it more clear for them))

I definitely agree with and on literally everything they've said. I'd love to be able to remove items from shops even if they do have copies left. I've released a lot of unlimited 24 hour releases and it's just kind of cumbersome to have them clogging up the list. Going off of what mesmer said, as well as having shops display things newest to oldest, I feel like having people be able to choose what order to display things in would be nice. Hell, even a custom order would be nice. Same thing goes for the manage shop category. I'd really like to be able to order that from newest to oldest or be able to swap between the two instead of hunting for things (despite their alphabetical order, although being able to delete things would definitely fix that).

Honestly, I really love the changes that you and other staff members have made thus far! I feel like overall, the CW community has really benefited, and besides the CW shops, I can't really complain about anything else as I don't think to much really needs changing at this point. Really appreciate all the hard work you all the other staff put in. It's super appreciated! <3

The changes are absolutely amazing, I just agree with everything above it would be nice to be able to change the layout and CW dashboard...

my shop is huge and it gets very hard to navigate the list of items in my shop because there’s page after page and having to go through each page trying to figure what is on each page is very frustrating. Which I know is my own damn fault because I have so many items in there.

I’d LOVE to see us be able to arrange things from newest to oldest both in the actual shop layout others see, and in our own lists so it’s easier for us to add an item and be able to price it right away without having to go through all our other items to find it!

I have no trouble filling batches or getting items on site anymore because the new batch system is amazing! It’s helped SO much! I do miss using the direct to shop method but with the price of batches being max 2500 vs 5000 before, spending 1600 for one item isn’t as worth it anymore, especially for the cheaper items! But I realize that cutting the price of direct to shop is likely something that won’t be feasible!

First off I would like to say how much I love the half-batches now, it makes my addiction so much easier. And thank you and everyone else who worked on the CW changes that were already made.

I am jumping on the CW shops train. A lot of this stuff has been mentioned already by those posting up above, mainly I think if there would be away to reorganize shops in both the front end (for buyers) and back end (for sellers) because anyone who has more than one page of CW releases in their shop it is annoying to do any sort of managing. Personally, I'd love it if you could arrange it however you like (custom option) but I know it's a lot easier to implement organization by Name, Timeline (Old to New and vice versa), Item ID, etc.. so I'd be able to manage it a lot better if I could choose how I view it in the back and and how users view it in the front end. I also second the option to be able to retire items with either unlimited or copies remaining but no longer much interest in them. Also if someone could change it so that items with capped number of batches listed as 0 don't show up in shop search as 0 because it can be very misleading to buyers interested in an item and thinking it may be available even if it isn't.

started a thread with lots of other CW shop ideas: CW Shops and Item Management Page

Thank you. :)

I would really like the ability to permanently retire older items that were created before the CW shop or the hard limit existed. Also the ability choose a limited batch release when submitting direct to shop (currently this greys out if direct to shop is selected and we're stuck with relying on people's word/memory about how many are released)....Please excuse me if I am mistaken on any of that, it's been a bit since I've submitted anything until recently :)

Edit: Also not sure if it is at all possible but it'd be super cool if CW's could somehow list how many copies of the item are on the site on it's hover info.
