For what it's worth I could get behind moving the items to another shop but I think Pete for example still asks for zombie shops' food (and personally I don't support changing that) so I'm not sure it would make that much of a difference over actually changing your own browser settings to your taste.

Hardly have to read the whole thing, it was said within a small number of posts. Anyway, it would be nice for Pete not mixing the "gross food" and the completely normal food. Zombie questgiver would be awesome.

I love the gross/poop/weird items on this site, and don't ever want them to change - part of why I love Subeta is the dry and often dark humor. So for those of you who can't fathom why everyone isn't disgusted - I equally don't understand why you find it so distasteful. To each their own.

I have always found it weird that the "gross" food items were grouped in with "regular" foods though - it doesn't make sense to the lore. But I think that most of the gross foods WERE filtered out once the zombie shops came out - I just checked the Food Market a few times and didn't see anything there that was overtly out of place.

That being said, I DO NOT support the idea of having those items used only for zombie quests or reducing the item pool in any way.

And the OP was specifically about blocking items that you find repulsive, so if you want to steer the convo away from that, edit your post!

Just telling people to read the thread doesn't really do anything. Not everyone has time to read four pages of posts. Change the OP to your new idea or add it at the bottom if you want to tweak your suggestion. People will continue to reply to the title and first post if you don't.

Yeah, I mentioned the original suggestion so that my post would be on topic with the original OP. :/ I'm sure others did the same. It was hardly belly-aching.

I don't really understand why we even have so many food items with excretions. Though they don't make me feel as uneasy as the food Items with fingers do. I get nauseous by looking at them...

Especially if Pete asks for them. It feels very disturbing that a NPC who looks like my neighbor asks for "Finger Food". :x

This would be the only thing I'd like... Pete stops asking for these zombie foods. xD Also, as others already said, the gross food would really fit better in the Underground shops. Please move them there.

I wouldn't mind seeing these items removed from quests too since I can easily avoid them just about everywhere else. More than the items themselves, in a weird way it almost bothers me more that about 50% of the food that Pete is asking for involves things like toenails and poop. I guess I don't know what sort of food he's been cooking up, but he always struck me more as an honest burgers and fries kind of guy. Sometimes I like to imagine that he's caring for a zombie child or something just because this makes it more okay to me.

I admit too that I kind of hope that we don't see as many of these items released in the future, or at least that they stay as holiday items if they are. It's a little disappointing that we have to wait until Fireside to grab all the pretty baked goods again but snot paste and turd sauce is a year-round thing.

Pete loves all foods. He does not discriminate.

That's on his quest page. He wants all of the food.

I don't want another food quest, because we already have way too many quests. Like, we have Pete, and we have Carl asking for food as well. Do we really need three questpeople asking for food items?
