nice amount of snow. Ours is melting. Soon we can get at the Christmas lights to take them down if it doesn't snow majorly again. Congrats to your mom on her wedding.

and I did end up watching the superbowl kind of. The commercials were mostly good and the halftime show was neat. My dad was upset by the result.

Hi all! I am one of the few not interested in football. lol My mother is a big fan of the Cowboys (used to be nearly rabid ha) and for some reason I was a known jinx. If I walked into the room where a game was on TV they fumbled or something and if I stopped and looked the other team got a touchdown or whatever. It got to where Mom banished me out of the house when they were playing. But it wasn't all her either - my best friend's mother wouldn't let me in their house at all during a game. I really thought it was funny. :)

Finally got an alternative code to use in my pet profiles that is getting around the problem, but having to tweak stuff, and I've been doing that all week and only half done...whew! lol Guess I will never know why Ringo's code that has worked for years suddenly decided not to, and then only on some of the floating images. Not all, even in the same profile, so its not a universal thing. Have no idea if any others had this problem; couldn't find the same issue in the forums but honestly didn't look very hard. Just wanted an answer.

Hate this freaking weather. Totally agree with you about weird weather in February. But I would love your 60's! Favorite temps are 60's/40's. Have a couple cold days or at least chilly then its in the 70's and 80's again! I'm envying the snow others of you are having. Its so damn hot here in Texas most of the year that I really look forward to what is supposed to be winter and I get this crap. The weather report actually said 87 tomorrow! Nearly 90 in February? That sounds like it will be in the godawful 100's in April, forget hoping for after May... Grump growl

Put me in line for the snow please! Last month it actually (for the one and only time this winter) snowed for a little while and was briefly pretty. A few days before though it was 80! No wonder we all stay sick.

OMG you don't have a washer and dryer? That's awful. Agree with . I HATE landromats. Really feel for you there. Hope your brother and wife at least do their own laundry.

Yeah, I just come from a family where no one ever watches the Super Bowl. I remember one year we went to visit my brother when the Super Bowl was going on, and my sister-in-law had to watch the game, and the rest of us just looked at her like she was crazy. She wound up watching the game mostly alone, while the rest of us played board games and chatted and such. :O

Yeah, having no washer and dryer stinks royally... In our apartment, we have one, but the Swiss are all about laundry room schedules... There is one washer and one dryer for our building, so every apartment has exactly one day every two weeks to use the laundry room, and you have to use it on your day or you just miss out. :/ Ours happens to be every other Wednesday, and incidentally, Wednesday is the day I have the most classes to teach, so it's the WORST day to have as a laundry day... :/ sigh The guy next to us just moved out, though, and I think his day is Thursday, so I'm trying to convince my husband to talk to the Hauswart and try to get him to switch our day to Thursday...

hi lady❤️ hope you are feeling better :) i'm pretty good, much better now i've started to get some $ in lol ..i haven't seen mom since before xmas but i hear shes doing pretty good.. and now louise is off dog sitting so she will be gone till the 19th so it'll be a while yet before i get to see her again :/ hope you get your pets profiles figured out/fixed soon ..i went and checked mine tonight and they have a few weird things going on (like the heart being in the pet spotlight box where you can't click it) or slightly running off the edge ..biggest is chiones it's stretched way too big, though it was a little bit when i got her back, but now its worse..maybe afterwards you get yours square you can check it,. no hurry that's for sure :)

That sucks about your electricity bill :( Ours has been higher for a little while now even though we haven't changed anything...the company increased their prices, so that is where our increase came from.

I didn't really watch the superbowl either x) No real interest in football, though I am looking forward to a new bad lip reading episode with it, lol.

Anyway, school has been going well, slowly getting my laptop all ready to go so I don't have to hop on my old one anymore, and we will be closing on the property soon! Just gotta wire transfer some money and sign papers...we are so excited!!! Last night was also meet the team night for the Coyotes!! I got so many signatures on my jersey! When the lines started to close earlier than the time for the event (no one really knows why), a lot of people were getting angry, and even the players were confused as to why the lines were closing. So some of the players actually left their tables and just went down the lines giving autographs to whoever was there. Really good bunch of guys C: I only missed 5 players out of 24! Could have gotten them all, but oh well.

Mornin' KSers! sips coffee I have class later around noon, but have a few hours to relax this morning since I was up around 8. I've gotten to where I'm up around this time every morning and it's kind of nice. Feels like more time to get stuffs done.

- How early is it for you over there? Seems a tad early.. :P (time change and all) So far I've managed to do it for a week, so hopefully I'll keep going. How long do they say it takes to form a habit? I'm waiting for that..

- Oh wow, that's too warm! At least the 60s/70s is like the perfect temperature (for me); 87 just sounds like summer. I hear what you're saying about the 100s this summer. I'm not too eager to find out what temperatures will be like this year. Last summer was bad enough. Usually, in June, we get to enjoy the 80s, and then July is low 90s, which turns to high 90s in August. Last year.. we hit June and hit high 90s/100s and never went back. I don't want that again.

- We're not much for sports in this house, but we would have liked to see the Falcons win (partially because they're closer to us, and partially because we always like the underdogs to win). I mean, the Patriots have won the Superbowl 5 times now, and have been there countless more.

- I like the snowy pictures! See, we lived in the mountains for ~7 (me only 6) and we used to get some out there. Then, I moved to the triangle, and got pretty decent snow. Then, mom and dad moved out here too, and then we basically just get ice now. BUT, I think it's partially because we're a tad more south. I was in Durham for school for two years (boarding school) but we've been in Cary for the last couple of years, which is slightly below. This last ice/snow storm, dropped a lot of snow in Durham, but in Cary we just got ice. It was extremely disappointing. I just hope we get another storm and chance of snow this year.

here it is in February and it's going to be in the 80's today. really unusual for Oklahoma this time of year. suppose to be like this all week so that better help my electric bill to go down!!!

I am always busy in rl but I do need to slow down some. getting up in years can be a royal pain.

lol yes yes I am Back! I haven't really had time to get all the photos together and what not. I posted every day on my FB acct though so I could try and get some of those posted...I'm just so tired. still not quite back on my normal time zone haha.

But the trip was AMAZING! I didn't want to come back! I saw so many beaches, and turtles, and dolphins, and whales. I went on my Helicopter Ride which was SOOOOOOOO GOOOD. I want to go on one again! plus the pilot was super cute! I also have a video from it. They had cameras on the outside of the helicopter and on the inside, and they recorded our conversations and the sites we saw. I haven't watched the video yet though.

We saw the Volcano by walking to it and while I was on the helicopter ride. If you google the Volcano in the news the last few weeks you can see what it looked like..and then yesterday the cliff around it fell into the sea so it isn't flowing as fast as it was. It was amazing to see though!

I got a bit of a tan :D yay..and we had some amazing Malasadas! (which are donuts!) Went to a Bee Farm, a Coffee Farm, a Nut Farm...saw a lot of water falls. Also went on a submarine ride and to a luau! mm sexy men! Had some Pig they cooked under ground..whew. I'm exhausted from my vacation..haha

I will work on pictures to post for maybe the weekend!

My sixth year anniversary with revrezner was yesterday. His watch I got him arrived and he was super happy about that. Can't wait to visit him tomorrow and find out what he got me. It's killing him to not tell meXD

Tomorrow is my CT scan for the sinuses. Head is still hurting so I guess it is worth it. I don't have a problem with getting the scans done but I don't like the thought of the cost or the radiation I am taking on with all the scans I have had to get.

The cost of anything medical is scary to think about. Especially if you have to go to doctors often.

I'm waiting for a referral to go to a gastroenterologist. Doctors think my loss of appetite/nausea is because of acid reflux and might be shrinking my esophagus.

Had to hold back laughter when they asked "are you anxious" because...yeah...

Looked at Chione. The TC and tabs are out of place but I did her to my resolution so I'm sure that's why her profile looks so big to you. But I will be glad to try and fix it. The van life sounds like it might really suit you, as long as the kitties don't get lost.

That is wonderful about the laptop and the Coyotes were really cool about going down the lines and signing stuff. How awesome is that? True caring for the fans. I love that. So happy for you about the land! Envious too. lol

Morning KSrs! :D We have a high today of 73F, which is absolutely perfect. I've got the windows open and it feels wonderful (the kitty seems to be enjoying it as well). And I'm enjoying my coffee with some eggs. I've got a few household things to get done, a project to work on, and a gym to get to, but I'll be off and on all day hopefully. I discovered yesterday that my amazon prime student auto renewed (I guess I forgot to undo it, ah well). But I'm now discovering prices on amazon have gone down on a lot of things because of 'prime pricing'.. like, apparently when I had the free trial, I wasn't getting prime pricing. I see myself spending too much this year with this..

Got my scan done. Only took like 5 minutes. Whoo. Then went and got lunch and comic books. Going to have Nikalo turn into a steamworks manchu seems it takes three days.
