Someone got an AoN just after I grabbed the syringe, so I was super jealous of that. There were a bunch of delish and vanity items too, but I focused on stuff I would actually use It was really nice on his part to do those donations

I just would have grabbed anything expensive to sell :x there probably wouldn't have been anything in there I needed but I always love free stuff :P congrats on getting some good stuff though!

Hi everybody! I'm a new face here but I've wanted to introduce myself and get to know the battlers here :) I'm Bug and my battle pet is Jonald. I'm still relatively new to battling, and Jonald is only Tier 6 so far, but I really enjoy battling and I train him and do the BQs I can every day.

Right now I'm mainly using this combo with Jonald:

I love the 18% healing it gives every turn. I'm wondering though if there's better options for the offensive weapon rather than malerias glove?

I use Forj Tempered Shield for defense but it tends to break the first or second time I use it in battle, which is a bit annoying :( I'm happy with the defense it gives though. Finally I use Soma Tablets for when I want to disable my opponent (usually at the very beginning of the battle) and Ice Rose for the chance to freeze. But I've found that Ice Rose doesn't really freeze that often.

I have some mods on my weapons, but don't remember which ones. Is the freezing baguette crystal worth it at all to help freeze the opponent? I thought at first that freezing and thief crystals would be good to have, but I think I read on these forums that they aren't that great.

I'm wondering what a good goal would be for 2017... I wonder if trying to get to 2000 in each stat would be a reasonable goal for the year, considering he's at like 400-700ish in each right now c:

Boosted up some since making my Cronus Blade so I figured I should try my chances against Hoarfrost again. Second win was a piece of cake with a crit of over 10k plus good chain freezes, I mopped up with no problem. Third and fourth took a bit of timing to get my parched crystals to activate but on the whole were not as bad as all the time it took to get the original win. Fifth was iffy but I pulled out the parched blessing when I needed it around turn 4 and got some good freezes and healing in despite his blasted curse sealing my scrolls.

Really was not expecting to pull this off so I'm happy, if not as much as when I beat Meatslab.

Welcome to the battle chat and battling in general! For T6, I like the frozen ocean curl or the reborn icewand of doom. Both have a chance to freeze your opponent. The wand has a 10% heal on it but the curl has a nice chance to freeze and a nice ice attack.

Freezing mods aren't worth it. The mods that I've found are really useful are defensive baguettes to add to icons you already block, parched baguettes, singed baguettes, blessed armor and critical strike.

2000 each might be a stretch but if he's you do battle quests everyday and use boosters, you could get there.
