Hahahaha, well this was at least entertaining from a perspective of how far Kilroy has come. And it looks like I was averaging about six minutes per five wins. Looking forward to crossing blades with the real Careaper someday though.

EDIT: Kudos Laurey! Missed your post. Those first wins can be hard earned given Careaper's tactics, so I'm glad to hear you say it wasn't too bad.

Good to hear! I focused on Verdugo for the longest time. Now that he's a lot further along, I am starting to work on the rest of my pets I want to battle with. You mean Daemon, servant of the seas? I believe she was a TBT challenger so I am not sure if or when she will be back.

Yeah for the event challengers or harder challengers that drop good loot I will sit there and grind away wins. For the smaller challengers that I have unlocked and that don't really have any good loot, I am willing to hold off until the battles become less tedious. I am also less motivated when I have other pets to battle with instead of just one.

He is def. monotonous, but I wouldn't mind it for the EXP myself. What build have you got in mind for SunDragon?

Congratz on your wins :D Before beating him I thought with his stealing he would be like Chase, but was glad to be proven wrong. Hopefully I'll be strong enough for the more difficult version of him this October.

I did some browsing yesterday and noticed that Satyr of the Wilds has Tasselled Aegis among her loot. I'm not sure if that's meant to be random like Fatal Fire or Shriek, but I guess we'll have a chance at getting TA even without Lady of the Waters :D She looks very much like an Impossible challenger to me. Perhaps beatable with a T11. Hopefully she'll have only a slight stat upgrade when she returns or I'm worried I'll stand no chance XD

Thanks! I had heard he was kind of a troll challenger, so I was expecting something kind of like GE. Maybe he just went easy on me, but it wasn't too hard to get the 5 wins at least. I might try for 10 later this afternoon.

Yeah I was expecting him to steal or freeze more, but he didn't really do that. He healed himself a lot in small doses, so that was a bit annoying. Overall not too bad though. I don't think I'd stand a chance against the tougher one yet, but I could give it a shot in October. I guess we'll see ~

Battle Quests done for today. Got though Level 22 - Scary Singer, Mornrise Serpent and Cursed Effigy the Tormented.

Mornrise Serpent was hard and took several tries - wish I could remember how I beat it so easily the first time.. Maybe I just got really lucky - I ended up with full health the first time too!. :-) Extremely sad when after freezing and blasting the first turn you use your UltimaPlus tag for some healing and hopes of a second freeze and this happens - Your UltimaPlus Tag managed to steal your opponent's Recycled Wad. Ooops! And then that Recycled Wad sits there in your weapon set staring you in the face until you finally lose that battle. :-) But Tos did prevail in the end, so - all's well that ends well.

Gulp has now gotten ten wins on all of the medium challengers as well as Pete, Dust Bunny and Daemon. That's probably it for her for now unless I somehow upgrade her weapons. So much fun fighting Daemon with no parched crystals at all, but didn't want to mod weapons until I decide on a regular weapon set. Did almost all of it with T4 weapons, and then suddenly (I think mid-Daemon) noticed that she is now actually T5! A few T5 weapon upgrades really helped. Gulp now has just under 52K EXP banked and I am satisfied.

I think what I want to do to upgrade Gulp next is read her enough books so she can use Aftershocks. It seems like that plus T5 weapons should be sufficient for a bit, so I started reading to her when I find books she hasn't read yet while questing. Nice timing to have this happen today, as well:

Decided to concentrate on Gulp, so Tharg and Tos still need to finish off their medium challenger wins and then, of course, keep going. It was getting too confusing for me to keep switching between the higher tier and lower tier weapons since I haven't battled with Gulp at all in some time.

- no, even though both TBT challengers are really easy, I was already thinking about making a new battle pet since Gulp got to T4 (and she's now T5 - when did that happen?) It would be a little silly to make a new pet just for a single month's TBT challengers (even for an extra book :-) ). I've been half considering making a new pet and I had a few eggs in my inventory and was also wondering about a lower tier pet for the next boss battle. And now I have 22 eggs sitting and waiting. Once I start battling outside of BQs with Tharg and Tos there will be even more and I'll need to either throw them away or use them soon if I want to be able to restock or quest. I hate to waste anything so it looks like I'm getting off the fence on the side of new baby battle pet - now if I could just decide what kind of pet I want to make! :-)

The TBT challengers are really easy so you can finish them off anytime you get a few spare minutes. And you won't need to EXP boost to beat them, so you can take your time for that too! Hope you have a great weekend.

Satyr of the wilds, I don't even know which challenger that is lol. Were they from a plot? Is it just an old battle challenger? If it was a plot challenger I think the loot will change since Amber was saying loot drops specific to plots will be retired even if the challenger comes back.

Ah I see. I fed one of each of the eggs to my gourmand so now the only stat eggs are the ones my pets can win themselves and they are still all below T4. You can get a battle croc like me :D

I'm not sure what you mean? You can still boost while you are in training and that won't effect how many stats you get out of the training center.

I know Xotl prince has that curse but I forgot what it does since it didn't activate when I battled him again with Verdugo to see how many icons of damage he does. Does anyone remember?

I mean for the spreadsheet I use I don't want to mess up my numbers to keep track, and for whenever I need to boost level, I also keep a close eye on the training center. It's probably more job than it should be, but I hate boosting without being able to see what the training center tells me regarding level :P
