Only 7 pets through so far, but will get them all through in the next few days.

I'm waiting until I have 100 amulets before I turn them in. Hoping to see better rates the more I have to turn in.

That means I have to feed and play with them so they are not hungry and unhappy. What a CHORE. lol I am being completely facetious xD

So I found that it was worth it to auto train instead of just buying tome boosters as long as you are gaining more than 12 stats per training session. I auto trained my croc for a week and now he is almost T3 so you can definitely have a new pet ready to battle these challengers in a month.

Finally, all my tier 7s are fully caught up with the challengers that I want them to cap for now. Also, I got all TBT fights done the same day of its release. Feels bad that the challengers were easy but hey, everyone got exp so that's good. Time to relax for a bit, then get my tier 11s all caught up, got a lot of work for them as well.

How nice to have new challengers, especially if they drop books (my battle pet even got an alchemy point). I even got a second book with my T4 pet and noticed that he can beat these challengers quite easily. Glad to see everyone's having fun ^^

- just throw them in the resort for a few days! That's what I'm doing with mine! Only 240 more battles to get through!

I have a bunch of food just sitting in my inventory from fighting challengers so I'll just use that and feed them when I am ready to battle with them instead of fragging the food. I do use the resort for my two battlers I battle every day/every month with so I don't have to worry about them. It's the others I don't battle with I don't throw into the resort until I know I will battle with them.

As mentioned, you could just put them into the resort. Sometimes I just put a pet in for a day or two if I know I want to battle a specific challenger (or two). You don't actually have to put them in for the full 21 days.

Well, then guess I'd better hurry up and try to pick a species and a name (sigh - too many choices! :-) ) And yes, I don't auto train, but if you got that far in a week, I should be able to get online often enough to have a shot at it. Might as well try if I'm going to make the new pet anyway.

I haven't seen them add any new items to the directory, and it's getting kind of late. If it were starting today I think they would have been adding stuff already.

Yeah most likely. I just like hoping on a Friday for a surprise lol but the event times have been changing so... it will arrive when it arrives... XD sometimes I am just impatient....

I just know that for the last few events at least, the news post has come at around 6:00pm Subeta time with the items being added a couple hours before that. It would have been nice to have it start today so we could participate over the weekend, but eh whatever ~

As long as we still get the full amount of time for the event then it doesn't matter so much when it starts I guess, we'll probably still end up with at least one weekend. And next weekend is the CS bonus weekend + new loyalty card so more people might be online then anyway.

From my understanding, we should get the regular version of Careaper tomorrow, yes. There's another version for when the 13th is on a Friday, but I don't think that will happen again for a while.

Yeah like I was saying to Kiaarra, I put my smaller pets in the resort for a day when I know I'm going to battle with them. I just happen to have a lot of food on hand I can use instead of paying for a day at the resort and waiting for them to be fed and happy. It tells you now if you fed your pet that item before so I'm not worried about my gourmand pet or feeding him by accident. I have my pets ordered in a particular way so even if I don't see the name I just know what to click.

Arixen - you're not just making a new battle pet for these challengers are you? I honestly don't know how people with 10+ battle pets do it. I have 7 now I am training/battling and I struggle to get through them, especially the little ones. I wind up getting bored grinding through challengers. It will probably be more fun when they are T10+ with different builds

Hello! Nice to see you here :) careaper will be here tomorrow. He appears on the 13th of every month just for that day. You will see him under the default challenger list. On Friday the 13th, a particularly nastier version of him, some people like to call it careapier, comes out that is even tougher and considered a different challenger when you check your statistics and has different loot/exp.

Yes Ive popped out of my shell, Ive got a lot more into battling thanks to you, but I dont know how you all cope with a lot of pets, Ive concentrated on 1 for now, although my 2nd pet is tier 6 and I used to battle with her. Im doing like I said and working my way through all the challengers to 10 fights, Im at fish breath now, and its going well, all that xp! I want Dameon? to appear as a throwback, I want his weapon loot lol.

I'm about to go feed my pet to do my BQs :D I haven't fought the new TBT challengers, or even mass-boosted yet, but I'll do so this weekend for sure ^_^

Rah rah fight da power! Took one of most pylonics and three healers+Shriek of Despair and Terra Focujin, but that's another feather in Sun's mane. Didn't take any chances the last round and kept healing even when he was near full health to avoid another insta-kill crit. Highest attack-stat opponent 5'd so far.

Thanks! I figured he was the last regular opponent worth much exp and around the strength level I was comfortable sending SunDragon against, as once I saw I could beat him in BQs, I knew it was possible - if monotonous - so I kept at it.

Thanks! I've learned a lot of patience since Kilroy first entered T12 from battling it out against the Impossible Tier over the past year and change, so I just put on some good music and gutted it out against Mechalag. Waiting longer would have definitely made things quicker though. Thanks! And that's all he's going to get for the immediate future as Mechalag grew more than a bit competent at round 5 and made things more difficult other than his high health.
