C is probably more annoying because she's very luck based, but when it comes to sheer strength I think baenwurath is worse. Cinthia sure is annoying though. parabutt isn't bad at all, but prb is awful and the little exp and no loot make it worse xD

Well, at least I remembered to do bqs today... (thanx 4 the 'minder, btw) So that's some extra exp. I can't tell yet if KT is going to make all his goals for this year or not.

I do have to say that the castle was a completely different experience depending upon the pet build. The pet with more strgth had a tougher time than the one with more def -- partially because the skull staff made healing back to full hp every turn so easy. Also, the one with the higher def got way more crits on the Big B than the one with higher str -- even tho their sp stat is virtually identical. Both got crits and neither was critted, but I was surprised how often the defensive build got crits. Almost every other turn, even in the 10th battle. Also, defensive build took no losses, while str build lost about half the time. Str build has fewer overall stats -- but not that many less that the pets should have such different experiences using the same weapon/scroll sets against the same foe.

EDIT: The castle battles are soooo long, I'm pretty battled out today. I really shouldn't complain since one pet was getting through them in under 10 minutes, but still... It's a lot of warfare. But I will take some notes when I take on the paras -- hopefully tomorrow. Feel free to ping me and remind me so I don't forget! I don't have too many chores tomorrow so I should be able to spend some extra time in the BC. :)

He's made some of his goals this year already but he still needs to reach 10K hp, 7K def, and 4500 int. I'm seriously thinking about taking str to 10K/sp to 7K... Not sure yet. Might drop def down a bit. Depends how the battles feel once his HP goal is reached.

Thats awesome! I'm pretty Iconvinced I could get atleast 1 or 2 wins with my stats, I just need the right build to do it. What scrolls are you using?

Baenwurth (I'll just call him Baen so I won't typo :P) sounds so scary lol, at least I don't have to worry about him for a good while, especially since I haven't reached the 3k stats goal for well anything yet :P

LOL Yes, you're right -- it is a word! And I'm the kind of person who finishes other people's sentences for them so I don't mind a reminder ping. It'll be like belonging to another forum group! :) My ex once told me if I ever get Alzheimer's no one will notice. rofl Not everything that man says about me is true, but I gotta cop to that one -- it's right on the money!

High health and high strength is what I recommend. Even then he has crit hit me for over 8k damage so part of hit is luck and good blasts. Natasha and Cronus are modded with 2 crit and 2 singed baguettes. Scrolls I am using are gotf, the void, 3 cobalt, 3 fatal fire, 1 SE and skelly scroll. It's obnoxious when I crit hit him for over 3k damage then he uses two bluud wands the next turn or one bluud wand the next turn and heals it all back.

Beer break doesn't always help. Sometimes I do dumb things because I am not paying attention or I will just say screw it and go play video games =p OMG I want ice cream now T-T

Haha I have been stuck in a battle for hours once because I drank a little too much and fell asleep mid battle.

Nope, there were a few years, I did them on a daily basis. But since I capped, I have been unmotivated. Now I have a goal to get me into it again. I have the Cursed Liquid Fire Torch sitting in my gallery. Maybe I'll take it out for my T9. Yes, Natasha over OHS. MHO.

Thanks! I've managed to beat a few impossible challengers today, even though I only got 1 win against most of them. It's still better than I was expecting though, I thought it would be quite a bit longer before I would be able to deal with them.

Hopefully that means I'll be finishing more of the BQs now, that would be nice ~
