Oh captain fbj isn't even out any more so don't need to worry about him :p For baen, I used skelly staff but ohs works too. Pretty sure some people have gotten to 10 without an earth blocker. The icons are so diverse you can use many things

Ugh, I fell asleep on my last BQ last night :( I had knee surgery yesterday and the pain meds kept knocking me out. I think I spent over 2 hours doing the last 10 BQs, make that 9.5 BQs

OUCH! I can relate somewhat. I've had 3 shoulder surgeries and have been postponing the knee. From what I hear, you can't do knee as outpatient. You have my sympathies. On the plus side, it sounds like you'll be knocked out for quite a while. Who knows? Maybe by the time you wake up, we'll have a new president... ;)

Thanks ! It was outpatient surgery. I had ACL reconstruction and he repaired my meniscus in 2 places. I had the same surgery 28 years ago and I spent 3 nights in the hospital.
Now I just hope I can be back on the golf course in less than 4 months!

Skeletal Warrior is making me slightly crazy - Tharg (who just reached Tier 8) is inching his way past him hoping to make it to five wins (battlers wish me luck please, Tharg and I will need it :-) ). Hopefully, Tos (almost Tier 9) won't have a big problem. Any good inexpensive suggestions from anyone?

- yes, it's hard to aim your best weapons and spells if your eyes are closed. :-) Hopefully, you'll have enough time awake to finish them off.

Yes, but I think you probably have better weapons than I do. Got to 3 wins with Tharg and then had to fight dirty (if by fight dirty you mean stealing and using one of the Frostbite Claymores) to get to 5. I do have a Phoenix Quill and a single Cobalt Eternal Scroll but even stealing the Claymore didn't keep me from dying because I didn't always have enough health to survive using it when I got it. :-) So I'll probably just settle for 5 wins this time around.

Still waiting to see how Tos and Tharg do against Mortaurus. Looks like his stats are harder than the Skeletal Warrior, but his experience is less, so I'm hoping that means he's easier to beat.

I've had some luck, I'm at 39 and can evolve a couple more. Just got a kings rock so I'm happy :)
