I know the feeling! I have been stalking that dang shop since the feathers were released. My bestie is a HP fanatic and I know she would LOVE them!
I used to read her books all the time! I am not sure I have ever seen one of the movies. Is this a new version?

Yeah, this is a new film version of the book - there was one years ago, starring Albert Finney, I think. And some TV versions too.
David Suchet in the TV series is my favourite Poirot, but the new film was fun and entertaining enough.
I still have most of her books - I should stock take at some point and work out if I am missing any.

The pain is increasing, saw my specialist & I'm doing everything I can. I might escape dry socket but if the pain continues then I'm in for mega pain for about a month.
My landlord's alarm keeps going off... 3 times within a few hours just today & last week 4 times in 1 day :S really annoying while I'm trying to rest and recover :(
I'm making a Steamwork pet, anyone know if it just changes in 3 days or is there a countdown timer somewhere?
There's no countdown timer, but you should get the pet you ordered in exactly 3 days from the minute you ordered it. If not, then you can file a ticket but I've never had a problem with it myself.
It's good to know, sigh... been waiting a long time to get him so a few extra days is tolerable. Right now the challenge is getting all the books in the vault out & read to him.
It's a little pet project, but because I don't know how to love things in moderation lmao. and nah I haven't, i'm vain and dont like the little outline around wishlist items in my signature.

You should also get a sidebar event once your pet is done, so you'll know right away.
I already made him but his real colour will be in 3 days. After I get the books done it'll be a bit of battling but t1 new pet hehe well he has to start somewhere :P

I don't have any of those old books. The only books I have really hung onto are my Star Wars books.

haha that's fair then, it's always nice to pick up things for friends. Personally when I do the 'half animal' HAs I tend to default to the Carved Harpy Talon as opposed to like - four legged bases.

mystery box does different ratios, I actually got 2 feathers, 1 lower & 1 same price as you. Congrats, you'll be able to resell your heartstring ;) Wait till the prices go up again to sell though since they'll most likely go down for a while.

The Mystery Box isn't actually that mysterious, someone showed me a guide when the Freyalise shop was in there during Keel Hauliday.
How it works
The trick to how the box works is that you have a rather good idea of what you are going to get just by looking at the amount of sP the box demands from you. This sP amount is actually a multiple of the official price of the item that you are going to get, and the multiple varies on the rarity of the item inside.
The multiples are as follows:
Rarity 1-49: x1 or x2 Rarity 50-80: x2 or x3 Rarity 81-99: Usually at least x3 to x10
The items are weighted by rarity, although items between rarities 1-60 do not seem to have significant differences in their likelihood of showing up. However, items rarity 61 and above are much less likely to appear than items rarities 1-60.
It should also be noted that many items share the same official price and even the same Mystery Box prices, so there is some ambiguity as to what you may get.
I figured there had to be a system like that behind it, thank you for letting me know how it worked. That'll be super handy when its a holiday shop!
