I think I may have stumbled on to a pattern. I seem to get the 504/502 problem most frequently when I am trying to buy something from a user shop. The purchase "fails", meaning I get a little red bar above the user shop prices saying that the purchase failed, yet the item appears in my inventory. After that happens, I get a 504 error on the next page I visit, followed by 502 errors if I try to refresh the new page I'm visiting.

The "Remove Items" page of the wardrobe also generally gives the errors.

I've seen that as well, so I'm glad it's not just me seeing that.

, I'm also encountering 504/502 during quests, mostly at the end of them when I hit "submit". Usually, after I refresh, it'll tell me I'm not on a quest, or sometimes it'll tell me I don't have the items. For the former, I'll check to see if I got any new items/sP amounts (and return to the quest giver via the main map), while for the later, I'll do an account search to see if I actually have the items.

Also, as I'm finding out, it's happening while I'm ToTing as well as just buying items while in the shops as well. However, it does this to me considerably less if I'm doing the stuff around 11PM CST (or Midnight Subeta time) than it does during most of the day. Why that is so, I don't know.

I've had a handful of 502s/504s today.

Hello is there anyone working here on this site anymore or are they all on vacation again it seems to me that the programmers are always gone and nobody can seem to fix these 502 and 504 errors which is getting to really annoying nothing is being done to fix these problems..... you said after we moved all are items to new shops that this would fix the problem but here it is about 5 or 6 months later and they are just as bad if not worse then before so what is being done to fix the site this is getting to be ridiculous just shut the site down and fix the problem or at least tell us the users of the site what is being done to fix these problems stop leaving us the consumer in the dark we are the ones that keep the site running by spending our hard earned money to play on here and you act like you don't even care about us the consumer just as long as we keep putting our money into the game

Have you checked the Site Updates lately? Because it's definitely being worked on.

It may not be 100% fixed, but I haven't been getting many errors at all since some of the latest changes have been implemented.

I have been getting errors all morning long I have only been on the site for 45 minutes so far and have had about 30 errors already so yea I don't think they are doing a very good job at fixing this problem

Hit some insane lag and got a bunch of 502s/504s while questing and ToTing. Site's still lagging but seems to slowly be improving.

This has been particularly bad for me today.

As someone that came back after a year or two hiatus this kinda sucks :/ Been getting these errors non-stop for the past couple hours. It makes trying to do dailies a drag.

The lag today is really awful and if you let it keep lagging it times out more often than not. What the heck is going on now?

Well it was better for me for a while after the recent updates, but now I'm getting more 502s again. Not as bad as it was before, but they come in waves of not being able to do anything for a minute or two before it goes back to normal.

I really hate that it errors 99% of the time you try to QS your shop with a lot of items.

Seriously, why is it so bad again all of a sudden? It was doing okay, but today is awful.

I tried doing Saggi Quests, which are the featured quests this weekend. Couldn't, because there were just way too many CloudFlare server outages / errors to even do more than one or two. Very disappointed and dismayed in Subeta right now.
