Is anything being done, or is this going to be business as usual for this site. I usually purchase CSC and Gold Accounts, but if this endless loop of errors is going to continue ad nauseum then my money is staying in my pocket.
Can't quest, can't post comments, can't restock...it's a bloody mess.
I feel like this post should be in site feedback, since staff isn't posting on the other board there asking where staff is and what they're doing. So frustrating.
I know ~ everyone has tried to be really, really patient, but it's just too frustrating for words (bleh) :(
Check Admin Posts! Check the Status Page! Because we don't actually say anything on either of them! ... I love this site. I do. It's just so disappointing.
I hear you...and will do. Living without any viable updates makes you feel so unappreciated. Many people sink their money here, so this is disappointing and borderline insulting.

Got this from firefox.. hopefully it will help. Had assumed due to extra clicks from the quest we had but they still continue. Hopefully can be fixed soon...
We continue to work on them. We've been making improvements over the past few weeks, and update the status site as we make those changes.

- Is there any reason why you all can't post here about what you're doing instead of making all of us visit a third party site for an explanation that really isn't an explanation? It would be nice if you or one of the other programmers gave a true site update daily on the status of the site (either in the announcements forum or an actual news post), while this is an ongoing, frustrating problem for all around. I know it's one more thing to put on your plate, but it would help your client base tremendously. While we, your clients, want the problem solved, it would appease a lot of us to simply know what's going on in terms we can understand - what the problem is, what you all think is causing it, and what you're doing to attempt to fix it. I honestly don't think that's too much to ask for.

It's been really bad. I think it's actually gotten worse since the event ended. I'm having no end of trouble trying to get quests done. Sometimes haven't been able to set alerts because of these errors, or access the forums.
I hope things improve before the next bonus weekend rolls around. I'd hate to bump into a 502 while trying to buy CSC! >_<
It's been absolutely awful today. Quests were a nightmare this morning, but the last couple of hours trying to restock have been even worse.
Man... the site has been acting up worse than ever today....
I am still getting 502 and 504 errors all the time every day I thought that by changing servers and redoing ours shops would fix the problem but it hasn't even been a year since we had to change our shops do to these errors but they are starting to come back just as regular as they did before what is going to be done to fix the problem

I keep getting 502/504 errors, which made me purchase twice some things from the plot shop. It's quite disheartening now. :(
I try being patient, I really do. I can't remember a Subeta without error pages anymore. But it's really frustrating to have them constantly while doing Quests when you finally have the chance to do them after days of not being able to because of real life.

It's been so, so bad all night and this morning. It's almost unusable at this point - I can't go more than two pages without a 502 or 504 error. I haven't seen it this bad in years, tbqh.
