Ok, didn't finish the puzzle that I know of, but now I have the key. Maybe I got it after a game over.

Got the puzzle on my 2nd go. I hope this game returns ^^

What i did was just hit left, down, right endlessly and got to 512 in 2 or 3 minutes.

Tried the trick... made it to one 256 tile, one 128, and two 64's before I wasn't able to move anymore (the 64 tiles were on either side of the board). Closest I've been yet so crosses fingers

Edit: And I finally manage to get the key! My sore fingers thank you for your hint!

i also got an achievement 'You've earned the A Bad Omen: 2048 achievement!' um yay?

I tried this, and it worked :)

I also remembered to press "check score" or whatever, because my game told me I lost. So don't forget to press that even if it says you lost!

Hehe, this was nice little puzzle. All about doubling numbers! At first I had no idea what was going on until halfway through. It took at least four tries, but it was fun all the way through.

Thankyou , that is what I was doing so went back to doing it and it worked after a few more tries. Got the silver key and Unlocked A Bad Omen: 2048! Complete the Bad Omen 2048 puzzle.

Okay I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned this, and I don't want to try to read s bunch of pages to find out, but I found a trick that makes survivability longer in the 2048 puzzle game.

Pretty much what you do is NEVER press the down key. So only use Left, Right and Up. This essentially forces all the big numbers to sift to the top rather effortlessly and keeps them out of the way of making smaller combos and tiles and you will eventually get more big tiles to merge with the top ones. Doing this LOOKS like there are a lot of close calls but then you eventually get to a point where you almost clear the board if you are paying enough attention. I got a tile of 1000 something just now doing this technique.

can the tiles it anyway or do they have to go the same way

UGH, ITS A FREAKING 2048 PUZZLE. I fucking hate this game. I suck a games that involve numbers. ("Easy" mode Subeku is STILL IMPOSSIBLE for me.)

I guess I'll try it for a while, but I seriously doubt I'm going to actually get to 512.... farthest I've made it so far was 256 and that was just a fluke because I gave up and spammed the arrow keys randomly until the game ended, haha...

Have you tried the strategy I posted a few posts up? Maybe it will help you? I happen to get to 512 quite often doing that. I only haven't submitted my puzzle yet cause I am trying to get to 2048 if I can.

The pattern for me wasn't just to follow the left up right left up right... but I had to do left up right up left up right up. sometimes I did one more left or right, but like you said, never down. Def not going down at all really helped me finally get it. Thanks! Took long enough tho... lol.

took me an hour but i got it

i didnt use a pattern they just add up when you get a pair, so once you get two tiles just add them together and you get the tile you need to win
