awwww yeah 2048 was hecka popular on my university campus last year, and it took me about a week to beat it. after that, i played for fun, seeing how high i could go. i'm so thrilled that my skills are finally coming in handy again. i love this game, and i kinda hope it sticks around after the plot ends!!

Ok this puzzle is driving me crazy. I've gotten to 512 on chrome brower 1 time and 3 times on firefox. But when I push the check puzzle button it always says nothing happened. Is this happening to anyone else?? Does anyone know what else I could try??

Do you have a 512 tile when you're hitting check puzzle?
You need one tile with 512 on it, not a board adding up to 512.

Yes, you need one tile that has 512 written on it to get the key.

I wasn't very good at this game, but I eventually got it!
...also it was kind of fun, I hope they keep it around
With the help of the wonderful users I finished it and have realized that I wouldn't mind having this as a permanent game.
I can't believe I said that, but it's true.
However if I had had to skip it, I might feel completely differently.

thank you to everyone who explained the latest puzzle to me, once I understood what the things meant and how to shift it it went pretty smoothly.
How is everyone going to tackle the final boss? Each of those times has it's drawback for me with work so I am unsure of which one to go for the most.
