I got a 256 block this time, getting closer!

I did it! After many tries, finally got 512 :D Just take your time and no rushing.

The game will be brought back after the event is over, so you'll be able to play it more then and try for the other achievement later on.

thank you so much for your patience with me! This game is similar to a neopets game Attack of the Gummy Dice, so I can see how numbers wouldn't be necessary.

Your instructions as given make the game work and I got 512 almost immediately. The instructions given on the web for 'strategies' how to win are incomprehensible. I can't win that way unless the game gives me just the right location each and every time.

It would seem to me if I need to get to 512 I should instead choose to make the moves necessary to collapse as many tiles as possible at once with the minimum extra moves, because it's guaranteed that it's gonna screw your pattern up by dropping a new tile. In order to get to 512 you're gonna need the room to make two 256s (at least, and hopefully not more, given the limited space to play in) and in order to get two 256s you're gonna need room to move a few 128s around. Each of these larger tiles requires one to make maneuvers.

It also seems to me once you've got some of the really high tiles you should avoid making any more until you have cleaned out a bunch of lower ones.

No wonder I wasn't getting it.

You found a key! OMG! I never thought I would get it. I am super proud of myself. Getting to 2048 is probably impossible for me so I'll congratulate myself for getting this far and leave it at that.

Finally. "You found a key!" Yeah I hope we get to keep all the keys after this is over. I guess I'm lucky that 6PM Subeta time tomorrow I'll still be at work so there should be a solution to the next puzzle already posted by then.

I hate this game and at the same time I loved it... So frustrating Never played before but it's addictive.

Dude I want to replay this now that I solved it! It was frustrating at first then fun. I find spam arrowing works well for the early part then you gotta try to get high denomination tiles consolidated quickly.

Ikr? While everyone's in camp we should be able to wander back into the tomb rooms we got open already and play the puzzles again.

...Hopefully without triggering some latent trap or encountering structural damage we avoided the first time.

if you have the scroll that has the number 512, then check answer/puzzle and you should get the key :)
