I always thought cool whip didn't have a whole "ton" of carbs, Like hey I can eat a spoon full of cool whip instead of some ice cream XD Then again I can just eat sour cream straight and that's even better for you

Sour Cream! Yum!! These days I use 0% Greek Yogurt for sour cream. :-( But really not too bad once you forget how good real sour cream tastes. LOL

It seems like making the homemade Cool Whip wouldn't be that expensive overall. The only thing you would have to buy every time is the heavy cream.

Oo, fun! I actually hate eating cake. I don't like the texture, flavor, any of that. I'd rather have about anything else for a dessert. The unfortunate part, though, is that I love making cakes, and decorating cakes... They're so fun to make! Layers, and pretty colors, and fancy fillings and such! I love that so much! It's a very unfortunate combination of opinions! So anyway... I'm sure your cake will be beautiful!

Incidentally, someone should tell my neighbor that turning on the vacuum to cover up the sounds of you screaming at your children only actually works if the vacuum is louder than the screaming...
