I think you have to go to the profits page for either the old shop or the new one, and it should come up with the option for you to transfer if you have anything in your till. For the other shop stats, they should get added to your new shop that's earned the most, at least that's how I understood it from the news post.
@blackwolf_2009
Thank you, guys... there's a problem, though. When I went to collect profits I swore I saw something like that, but after I collected the profits it was gone and it hasn't come back.
I believe it only shows up if you actually have sP in your old shop till, because otherwise there's nothing to transfer.
@blackwolf_2009 So there's no way to transfer the amount your shop has earned overall? Sorry to keep pinging you guys.
The news post said it should just transfer on its own, if you view the edit shop page. It should go to the new shop that's made the most so far. I'm not 100% sure though, because I haven't made anything in my new shop yet so I can't test it for myself.
My new shop isn't showing any of the old shop profits. Ah, well. Thanks again for your help.
You could always try filing a ticket if you're unsure, I'm only going by what the news post said. Hopefully it works out soon!
- Haven't read this yet myself, but it might be helpful - Cherri's New Shop Guide
Yeah I was just coming back here to say that. Apparently it doesn't actually transfer the stats over, but for the Make a Living achievement for having made X amount of sP in your shop, it adds your old shop's amount to the highest amount earned from one of your new shops.
and everyone else......
Confused? Check out this guide has put together:
So far ... it is OK. I found it pretty user friendly to transfer my old items to new shops. It helps in preparation I used the new remove-all button and just fragged the shit out of my shop the last two days, so I only had about 1000 unique items to move today. It moved it over price and all. Yay.
- you're welcome. Hope it turns out to be useful.
- good feedback, thanks. I need to work on that after I get today's questing done.
Thank you for the info, it's still frustrating but at least I now know where it's coming from. (;
The 4000 item limit in a gallery for someone with a GA seems to be a decent amount for me (at least, right now). Enough space for almsot all of my big gallery, and gives me the incentive to actually sort some into a new gallery live Ive been planning to, but too lazy to actually do it.
Not so much hung up on the 'Making A LIving' achievement, but I know theres some pout there that have been working on it for a long time, and dont want their score or whatever screwed up

I've got an ordinary account now and the new View Shops page says I can have a maximum of 4 shops/galleries. Has this been changed from 3?
I noticed that too. I guess it has? That would be quite awesome. I've only made 3 so far though, you never know XD
I heard categorising in new galleries wasn't working yet? Haven't tried myself though.
Also, it's annoying that we can't categorise in the new shops!
From what I can tell, the ordering isnt working yet. LIke if you create the categories in the order of Clohtes, Shoes, Food but want them to be ordered as Food, Clothes, and Shoes, you cant do that right now.
Everything else about them seems to be working. I tried to sort some items into a category in my gallery, but since my wifi is really spotty in y apartment (most of the time im at my moms apartment, and she has a better signal), so Im going to assume that works, I jsut dont know for sure. The little 'button' for ordering is on the page from what I can tell, but I dont know if doing anythign with it actuallly does anything.
