But they've been doing it this way since the major Recode fell through. They recoded the forums, achievements, wardrobe, and now the shops one at a time. That's what I mean by modular. They're recoding and testing one site feature at a time.

Could you imagine the chaos if they pushed all those updates at once? You've seen how bugged they've all been on their own. All of those bugs would have still been there if they did one giant update across the site. The site would be completely unusable for months. :(

The theory sounds good. But I know from painful experience, that upgrades usually broke our computers - items were not compatible with old parts. And usually with all good intentions we had to take the new stuff out again, because processor, motherboard, what have you could not handle it...

No? Because "how fast I can make money" isn't the point? You can resell CSC, but you don't have to just to keep up. Right now, everyone has a level playing field, regardless of how fast they choose to make sP. Don't be disingenuous.

People who pay real money will always benefit on the site from it in some way, if they didn't, no one would do it. I don't personally see the shop thing being crazily unbalanced, but it is changing, both the limits and the balance between gold and not gold accounts.

I've been sorting out items and planning for future gameplay.

1. My new shop will be full with the maximum GA number by the time the new system comes in.

2. My GA runs out on Saturday so I'll make sure I autoprice my new shop before it does.

3. I can no longer cope with pricing a lot of stuff by hand these days. This means it will take a very long time before I have enough spaces in my new shop to add more items with an ordinary account.

4. My vault is overflowing with a backlog of items to sell.

Conclusion - There's no point in doing quests which give items because I don't need any more items.

I'm still doing quests for the SPs because any items I get worth less than 5K I just frag for crystals. Somebody must be using the new shop search because I've actually had a couple sales in my new shop. Still waiting to find out that the limits will be raised so I don't need 5 galleries and 4 shops just to fit everything. I do not look forward to transferring all that stuff and recategorizing everything in the galleries.

The shop testers have GAs so we all have the option to make up to 6 shops/galleries. Please tell us what will happen to the GA perk shops/galleries when a GA runs out. I doubt that many GA users have a GA for 52 weeks in a year so this is going to affect a lot of people.

All that's really been made clear is the unique item limit for GA and ordinary account users.

1. I can add 500 unique items to my shop.

2. When my GA runs out I won't be able to add any new items to it until the unique count has gone below 250 through sales.

If a GA user makes 4 shops will they still be able to access the 4th shop when their GA runs out? Will they be able to remove items and reprice by hand or will they have to wait until they get another GA to do this?

SIDE NOTE I somehow lost 251 beers moving my entire hoard from the gallery to the new gallery. Vault beers are still safe, and waiting to find out IF WE CAN REALLY HAVE UNLIMITED IN OUR NEW GALLERY. Bit irritated, but, well what can I do ? I'm the reason for this entire recode, apparently (What power did I hold and not know.....) , so I feel like I can't even complain. I am also a bit concerned that account search doesn't "see" the new shops/galleries at all yet. This should definitely be looked into and fixed. I don't like items being "gone" and not gone. Autopricer IS working for me, I was able to autoprice my shop and sold a few things. That's a good start I guess.

i was really mad about this for a while, but i guess now i'm resigned to it.

the new limits better be way higher. my gallery, which is just filled with items i like and want to have, has 2,722 unique items in it right now. and this is somehow much, much more than i'm meant to have? gee, i guess i was enjoying the site a little too much...

like other people said, what's the point now? unless the limits for galleries are way higher i don't see the point in caring about items anymore. i mean my wishlist alone has over 700 items on it that i would have wanted to put in there. now vesnali is coming up, which is my favorite event, and i won't even be able to put any of the items in my gallery... that makes me really sad. why don't you just take away all my sp? it's almost worthless to me now.

not to mention the shop limit sucks too. but i figure i could get used to that... my shop currently has 399 unique items in it, but that's after i went through and meticulously hand-priced over 500 items yesterday...

can't wait to see that i'll constantly need a GA to use the new shop system. because with my gallery being that big i don't doubt it! this is the worst thing i've ever experienced on this site. i hope my feelings of dread and disappointment are unfounded. otherwise, i'll just be taking an indefinite break...

I see that my new shop and gallery have been added to the drop down list under "my shops". Now if they will just add the search filters like the old shops have and up the limits a lot they might be usable.

Until there is a way to quickly and efficiently way to move every single item on a shop page to my inventory or vault, this is going to just not happen. If I'm getting fucked over for my collection of items, I'd like some compromise on how to get those items somewhere safe.

I hope Keith's looking forward to never having Subeta's "Daily Goal" pass 50% again, much less reach 100%. I wonder what's going to happen when his golden goose up and stops laying eggs...
