Sorry for my slowness today guys. Ill have time to catch up and add everything when I wake up. Ended up a random busy day xD Though a good and productive one. (Finally almost where I can unpack clothes and not wear the same four outfits for the rest of my days anaha)

Just so you know my plans so you can add anything else you think may help:

Im going to add notes below each recipe with exp you get/time it takes depending on your level.

Aka, with the cookies. If you make it at a level one you take 15min for 25exp. But at level 2 it takes so and so time, and gives so and so experience. Letting people see if its worth it in trying to raise at a higher level to even make older items.

I havent had a chance to beat the dreaded maple cookies yet as I ran out of time to rs. So may take a bit longer for me to personally reach higher levels. But it looks like some of you are progressing like mad! So if nothing else we have you awesome people to test.

Anyway! Not pinging because Im a derp and I dont want those who are in the group and only have interest in real updates to get annoyed xD So yup. -flops to bed-

It looks like time of cooking stays the same regardless of cooking level. Dark Matter Whoopie Pie takes 30 minutes at level two and at level 3.

A successful Apple Apple Pie gave me 12 exp at level 3.

A successful Dark Matter Whoopie Pie gave me 21 exp at level 3, which is pretty equivalent to what I was seeing for level 2.

I don't think it's helpful at all to put experience for each thing because you don't actually know how much each gives. We don't at any point show how much any of the baked goods give you. The info page says that things that cook longer give more points, yes, but not how much more. I think that's all you need to know, tbh. That if you're cooking something that takes longer you'll be rewarded for it while if you cook things that take less time, you'll get less but you have a quick turn about?

I really don't know how you're getting those numbers at all for experience. Are you assuming it's out of 100 and just going based off the percentages? If so, that's wrong. As you go on, each level requires more experience than then the last. I JUST WANT TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE IS ON THE SAME PAGE, and people don't get upset if like x item doesn't bump them up quick enough etc <3

Ah, yeah, I am using EXP % gained out of 100 for that particular level interchangeably with EXP since we really don't have any other standard of measurement. We can't see the exp gained, so...

That's why I'm trying to specify what level I'm on, because yeah, it's pretty clear it takes more exp per level to level up and I know I, at least, am interested to know if certain recipes are "less worth" doing as you level up. c:

I wasn't that cruel to you guys. :) Experience is based on how much time a thing takes, I didn't make higher level stuff give you a few more points.

That's true, and we're definitely seeing a difference between cakes and pies and cookies already, but.....ohhhhh I see what you're saying.

So regardless of level, cookies give about the same exp as all other cookies, all pies are equal to all other pies (more or less, since every recipe's going to be a little bit different)?

It's worth going back and doing lower level stuff because you're less likely to burn those things! Things on your level are more of a challenge while if you try the lower level things, you're less likely to burn them (because you've gotten more advanced in your baking)!

I have noticed that! I burned the Apple Apple pie five freakin' times in a row so now I'm going back and making Whoopie (pies). xD

Okay, cool, that makes it a bunch easier! Now we don't have to obsessively track numbers and levels. YAY

Level 5 opens up the Pumpkin Crumb Cake and Garlic Bread Cone.

Garlic Bread Cone takes 35 minutes. Pumpkin Crumb Cake takes 45 minutes.

When you burn the Garlic Bread Cone, it makes Burned Bread Loaf.

I did some digging and:

all types of cookies will become all types of pie will become all types of cake will become all types of bread will become

any reason these items are "burned" instead of "burnt"? I'm pretty sure burnt is the more common version when the word is used as an adjective

The vanilla extract, butter and baking powder are in almost all the recipes and, when you bought the starter kit in the millionaire center ( very smart thought to avoid inflation, I thank you for this), you find inside only one of the specific ingredients. With the rate of at least 7 to 9 times for each recipe to complete the level we should spend about 100 mill to reach the end. I would appreciate if it is possible that someone can put in the starter kit at least two of the specific ingredients, it would be more fun for everyone. This way the only fun is for the restockers. I feel sad to not be able to enjoy something so nice because of the high inflations on the items. The inflation will last a lot for the reasons I explained ( same ingredients, several times to finish the level, no double spcific ingredients in the starter kit) I would like an answer :) and I beg your pardon for my rude( it cam seems so)post but english is not my mother tongue. Thank you!

I'm not really going to change anything until we see how prices work after a week or so. :) The items are all pretty low rarity and restock + vend, the prices will settle. The problem is everyone wants to make everything right this seccond, so the prices are staying high on a few things.

Oh thats good to know, I had thought itd be of use because if you make a level 1 item in level 3 that recipe may give you different exp?

So even for the same item on the same level you may get more or less? I havent had a chance to level up much so I wasnt sure :)

Thanks again for all the help/updates here! Ive mostly been guessing hurhur

Yeah I had a hunch it would be those four, just wanted to be sure. Seems with more baking people are proving that ;D I was curious as well why its burned and not burnt. It sounds odd.

I finally had a chance to sort ingredients by store, might I have you check and see if I got anything wrong? Also you are so welcome! Im glad its helping!

So the whoopie pie is 30min then? And level 2 Im guessing xD

Also with the acorn cookies and apple apple pie what level was it :)?

You are so welcome!

Which level was the apple apple pie at/how long did it take? And was the cone level 5 as well?

Serious thank you for telling me all this. Im wayyy behind on baking because Im waiting for prices to drop haha.

Did you get it to work?

You are correct, Whoopie Pie is 30 minutes.

Acorn Cookies and Apple Apple pie are level 3. Apple Apple Pie takes 35 minutes, Acorn Cookies tqake 14 minutes.

Black and White Layer Cake and Spinach Egg Pie are level 4.

Pumpkin Crumb Cake and Garlic Bread Cone are level 5.

Salted Chocolate Caramel Thumbprint Cookies and Rustic Vetan Orange Ginger Bread are level 6.

Most of this I just went back and gleaned from our existing posts. xD

There are people who have commented in other areas who have successfully reached the top level and made all recipes. I don't think they post here.

I am currently at level 6 and am not willing to try any of the level 6 recipes for fear of burning them. xD

Haha I feel that. I am only level 2 but I have made the level 1 cookies a few times because less burn chance.

I'm actually making all the Spinach Egg Pies ever because I managed to hoard a bunch of those ingredients and it doesn't require extract. No extract recipes FTW!

Speaking of, here goes:

Rustic Vetan Orange Ginger Bread - 75 minutes

"Come back in 75 minutes to check on the Rustic Vetan Orange Ginger Bread!"
