Aderyn waved at Paddy as she joined them in the hall. She browsed through the racks of dresses and accessories, wondering what she wanted to do. She had an idea, of course - she just needed the perfect outfit. She wanted to go as Tinkerbell from the muggle fairy tale Peter Pan - she had the blonde hair and the wings already, so all she needed was a nice, light, gauzy dress and some matching slippers. She wanted to wear something longer, though, rather than anything too short, so she was on the hunt for a long, green, sparkly dress.

As she browsed the selections, she vaguely wondered where Emmy was.

He silently hoped Sam wouldn't want to do Tarzan. He certainly didn't wish to be larking about nearly starkers on his first ball or worse dressed as the ape. "That dress is beautiful," he said. "I reckon whatever you choose you'll be the bell of the ball." There seemed to be a plethora of girls around him now. Talking, asking questions about fashion and so on. He felt quite out of his depth. He tried to stay out of the way as best as possible until he knew what to try on.

() "We can certainly do that. I know we had a ton of small pots transferred to the greenhouse and some new fertilizer to help speed the growing process."

() "HARPER!!!!!!!" Gaia grab her friend in a tight hug and spin her around. "How was your holiday?! What color or idea are you looking for the ball?Doyouhaveadate?comeonjoinus!" Gaia realized she was talking really fast so she left go of her friend and walked over to the magazines and books. "Here" giving Harper plenty of options.

"Which question do you want answered first?" Harper started leaving through the magazines and books, then took her time answering. "My holiday was great! It's good to be back, though. I'm excited for the ball! I don't have a date... yet. I probably will go solo again though! I had a blast last time. How was your holiday?"

She had missed Harper during the holiday celebrations at Hogwarts. "Our holiday here was great and lots of fun! Many of us stayed behind to decorate and eat lots of sweets!" Gaia giggled "Well the theme this time around let us come together as a group. Many times muggles put their princesses and fairy tales together. Either way save me a dance!" Gaia handed Harper a book of fairy tales with a magazine full of princess-y gowns.

"Millie helped me figure it out while you were helping the others out," Beth told . Beth grabbed another of Millie's cookies and sat down in a nearby stool. "Do you need help?"

"Hey, Harper ()! I haven't seen you in a while. How have you been? Are you excited for the ball?" Beth asked.

() "I am just looking for gowns and bringing them over for everyone. We can start working on make-up and body sparkle. Also accessories too!" Gaia set up a new table on the other side at this rate they will need more room.

Harper giggled at describing Muggle fairytales.

"I know a lot of Muggle tales... I'm Muggleborn, remember? Anyway, I'm thinking of doing something a bit... different. I figure there's going to be a lot of princesses and fairies and whatnot. I was thinking of either going as a prince, or maybe even a dragon!"

Lapis appears in the Great Hall, toting some small, dusty looking books. Her fellow housemates catch her eye and she waves to get someone's attention . Opening her books to some dog-eared pages she sighs. She sees Millie () offering help to some other students and approaches her in frustration. "I'm not sure if I should go with Rose Red or perhaps some other lesser known fairy tale...or maybe a character from Alice in Wonderland...I do love the book but would it be considered a fairy tale?"

() "I just handed you the books. It is up to you what you want! There is always Maleficent! She is a dragon!" Gaia giggled and started looking for dragon like options.

"Hmm, alright..." he said looking revealed to leave the gaggle of girls. Where a group of girls a gaggle? Geese were... "Lemme know what theme we decide on then, please Gaia and then I can work on me outfit. Er, Adrien, nice ta meet ya. Lets go get some butterbeer and leave the beauties to find their wears, eh?" He started heading off towards the refreshments.

"I think that as long as it's a children's story, it should be fine. I mean, it has talking animals and a dragon... can't get much more fairytale than that, can you?" Harper smiles, a little sheepishly, knowing she probably shouldn't have eavesdropped.

"I can help set up a makeup station," Beth told . She placed a handful of mascara, lipsticks, eyeshadow and glitter on the table.

"A dragon? That's a great costume! Do you need any help?" Beth asked Harper ().

"Go for it! I think you'd make a great Rose Red." Beth told Lapis ().
