I appreciate the update and I'm happy that steps are being taken to fix what went wrong. I do hope, however, that lessons were learned from this and that the annual Luminere disaster will be a thing of the past instead of an annual event. Just like in retail, we know that this time of the year will have a heavy load on the site and that there will be certain expectations about what will happen. I hope that going forward you guys will keep that in mind and have some contingency plans in place in case something goes wrong again.

What about the achievement for the Essence of Melody? The 25th was one of the days I couldn't get here because the site was broken with the tree issue. It's weird having the achievement for all 31 days, and the pen set, but not the essence for the 25th.

I never actually...set up a tree? Am I going to end up losing all of my presents because of this, or does everyone just...default have a tree even if they never chose one?

Because I had a few stocking gift events, and I would hate for those people to have wasted their sp if I'm not actually going to get my gifts.
