I'm glad that things are very close to being sorted. I'm so glad that Melody's gifts will appear under the tree as I simply couldn't access the site - was forced to do RL! lol Thank you for fixing access to our shops so we can quest and for making NY tokens abundant! Thanks for the update and for the Melody achievement. I actually went to Melody every single day except the 31st because the site was down for me then. I love the new pen set, it's beautiful!

thanks for the update! i'm personally in no hurry to receive my gifts, but i'm sure we all appreciate knowing what's going on. and please don't feel too bad, you guys are only human and it really sucks that you had to work on fixing this mess when you should've been enjoying the holidays. love you guys ❤️

It's a BIG relief to know that the people who disappeared off my Gifts Given List will still get their gifts...even if it is from Anonymous. Since I shopped late, I had horrors that all my gifts would morph into the unknown.

My, what a technical explanation! The other website I play on would never give us a hint about what is happening during glitches. Thank you very much for being so open and helpful. I am looking forward to getting the gifts. It will be like having a second Christmas.

Thanks for the update. It's just nice to know exactly what's going on and when we can expect our presents. Of course, I'm still going to be crazy impatient, but mistakes happen. It doesn't make you dumb.

I also really appreciate the Melody compensation! I missed one day and was so sad when I saw how pretty the reward item was.
