I gotta say I don't understand how some of you don't spend your EXP and then use it all at 1 Million.

Not because I want to use it all immediately, but because I've been hovering around 300k EXP since the reset and I get SO BORED clicking on the links.

Well, while everyone pats each other and themselves on the back for their wins against the iceberg from frozen hell, (good job everyone!) those who have no wins or more losses than wins -- listen up:

You never get better unless you push yourself, so keep at it! The win is all the sweeter when it's hard to come by! Don't be afraid to try different combos. Just because a specific set worked for someone else, doesn't mean that's the only way to get wins. Change it up. Take breather if you need to and come back and hit it again! The law of large numbers is on your side!

Does anyone have any advice for beating Hoarfrost with a mid Tier 12 pet? I tried him earlier with Apheros but I kept getting frozen by him and lost.

I like my numbers to be multiples of 10 :P

I used these but after a few wins I swapped out swash for the skull staff.

you may want to try to save your freezer scrolls for when he's at mid health.

I do that, most of the time I get the numbers right, but I do tend to check to make sure a lot.

Well my advice is try to freeze him first turn, used parched mods although I had plenty he still manages a freeze on me and use that fairy scroll if you have one.

I used these with Kingx but haven't tried Fawkez yet, will do later on or tomorrow RB, helmet, soma, mecha, attackers and one was an OStaff, RoTL, PQ freeze scrolls, smashers, Unstable Fairy and I had the Gelaspell as well to try get more freezes if needed.

I used the soma and mecha when he was frozen to get that extra heal in if I needed it

if you have a lot of exp, you can spam each stat for a bit then use your remaining exp to even it out.

That's a good idea, I think I'll do that next time I boost.

it's what I do, but I'm not going for even stats or towards certain numbers any more, just dumping everything into speed haha

Thanks for the advice. I don't have the Keeper Staff or the Syringe yet. But it looks like the syringe is at least somewhat obtainable. I'm thinking I might also try boosting Apheros a bit & see if that helps me out.

I forgot to mentioned parched baguette crystals (like mentioned) what are your weapons modded with? I have 5 of them on two weapons (2 on one 3 on the other) and that seemed to keep me unfrozen for most of the fight.

Most of the weapons in my current set have at least 2-3 parched baguette crystals. But when I tried him last time, I couldn't seem to get them to activate. Maybe it was just bad luck or maybe I need to add a few more parched baguette crystals.

2-3 total or each? if total, you may want one or two more, but if that's each then you should be fine. it is something that deals with luck though.

Yeah, it's 2-3 each. It is annoying how it seems be luck based like that. Especially against opponents who can be very freeze happy.
