Setting EXP goals may help some people stay motivated. I've never really needed that extra motivation. To me, it's much better to gain a few stats every day from the EXP to make tomorrows battling that much easier! We all have our own way of doing things. It would be a pretty boring world otherwise! :)

There are exactly two times I've saved EXP. One was before tiers, when it was worthwhile to save it. So when tiers were implemented I had like 650k exp to spend and I was excited about it so it wasn't so tedious. The second time was after the last reset, when I was just powering through all the challengers. My hoard of EXP right now is a direct result of the last reset tbh because I get bored and just leave it there like a dummy.

Nope, my T12 can't beat Hoarfrost yet...

Thanks :) I doubt I can take him on this year though, have to update my weapon set first, I don't have any decent ice blocker and the unstable fairy scroll alone doens't cut it. My pets stats are also a bit on the low side, so will have to train some more.

I didn't have much problem with him until I got to win 10, which was considerably harder. as long as you have ~5 parched mods on your main two weapons you should be good to avoid his chain freezing most of the time.
