Urgh, the Empty vial has gone up LOADS in price and every scroll I look at needs one!! Is there an easier way, or are there any scrolls that don't need them?

I went for the Blackout Scroll (in the light category). No empty vial, and all ingredients are pretty cheap in user shops.

The mage doesn't seem to want to take my item from Icy Goods, anyone else who had this problem?
