I meant the horse's neck to be longer as in nearly 90 degrees right angles to the ground

Handle of the pram should be where the white bar is in this pic but obviously in the opposite direction. So the handle you have, the green bit, should be shortened to half or one- third of what it is now, and the horse head you have now should be tilted back, so the horse chin should be over the gold handle.

So the person pushing the pram that you drew, will be holding the gold handle, and will be having the horse's nostrils in between their two hands.

I really like Oofa's revised pose! Dancing and oh-so-happy :D I say go ahead and continue with this sketch, I love it so far :)

As for my royal tiger (who I might change her name still... I've had this character but just can't quite find the perfect pet name) I do like her pose, the only thing (and I might've not mentioned it last time) would you be able to make the light matter in her town a perfect circle, like it's an orb, instead of bouncy/squished into an oval? Since I'm going for more "dignified" than "fun" I think it would fit the mood. Other than that, her eyes still seem unfocused to me but it could just be because it's a rough sketch so it doesn't have all the nuances of shaded eyes. I'd like her to have a piercing gaze in the final art, directed right at the viewer.
