I'm always so happy when they let us get more slots, which I guess is evident by the fact that I have 64 pet (and counting) atm. And I still have more slots to get. By the end of this year I'll have reached 70 pets (getting a Loyalty Box in November) XD

I've been going back & forth between your refs and everything, but please do let me know if I missed anything/got something wrong in any way. Oh, and I hope they're not -too- bright..! ;;;

The details on the capes, knives, jewelry, etc are all amazing! :D And no worried on the delay, I knew that these were super tough/intricate, so I was being patient. :D <3 I'm not in a rush of any kind.

Only negatives:

1. The glowing on both is way too bright, I don't want anything white/blown out from glowing. Especially on the red panda, that glowing is very minimal. The biggest reason for this is, after the glow you added the special colors of the pets is totally lost. :( Also the back leg (farthest away) from us looks strange that grey white color that it is.

The necklace that Sentine (the pherret) is wearing doesn't really glow all that much, it's glowing too much and all the color is lost.

2. the red panda looks orange/red when she should be more of a golden color(like it appears she is around her leg directly above the knives (but before the white). If you need help on the coloring let me know and I will give you a better sketch idea of her coloring. She has lighter golden stripes on her darker golden-ish (in darker areas could be brown but not red/orange) on her tail. The face markings are darker brown not black (like the darker areas on the ref).

But they look so good outside of those areas of concern. :D Seriously though, the capes, expressions, accent colors, everything else is so fantastic !

Ah! I was worried about as much. Still, I'm glad you like the rest of them! xD Now let's see...

Because the glow are my light sources in both images, I need them to be there, although I have turned them down quite a few notches (hopefully enough!). There's no reddish colour anywhere on the panda (maybe a bit of orange, but it has to be if I'm not to drain her of saturation - after all, brown is just dark orange). However, I hope the fix makes it look better!

For Penni (the red panda) the face and body looks like it glows yellow instead of just being her natural coloring. Can the purple cape be deeper/darker purple like the ref image, because I strongly strongly dislike light purple a lot (it's my least favorite color). lol Also the stripes are on tail are exactly like the kind red pandas have, so they are a more obvious pattering. Her ears are a light pale yellow on the inside and on the tips. I think the face darkness patterned area is too dark in some places too, they look like circles under her eyes.

I like Sentine but her coloring looks grey. I look at her and would never ever think that she is supposed to be light pink to darker magenta pink.

Can't there be an external source of light overall or do they have to be in the dark? I am confused by the light source only coming form the glowing. If there was no glowing wouldn't there be other light sources?

I'm unhappy with the colors of the bodies and brightness of the light sources on them still, can they be fixed or would it require too much work?

As I said, I used the glowy parts as the light sources, so no other light sources were used. The darkness comes from the fact that the light sources are so close. The further away a light source, the softer the shadows, generally.

To get everything exactly like you want it I'll have to start again from scratch and colour in a different way entirely. It's doable, of course, but it will take a while longer to get everything done. If you're fine with that, then I can get started again later today/tomorrow (it's quarter past one in the morning here;; ).

Yes, Let's do that because I'm just really sad about the brightness and coloring of them. That being said I love the intricate detailing of everything else, and the color of sentine's pendant is perfect. The capes are just gloriously done. :) I am sorry to have you re do the coloring and light. I really don't care how long it takes - it could be a month and I'd still be fine. So please don't feel rushed.

Another fix for the next try: On the ref for Penni, the dark yellow-brown that exists on the uppermost portion of the ear is the color I want to be used for the darker accent colors that exist on regular red pandas. The other colorings should be the lighter yellow/blonde-golden colors.
