Oh, you always make it so difficult to chose :D. I love them all. Inquisitive, sassy, waiting for a tummy rub, you’ve got her covered completely. I suspect I will end up with them all eventually:). So, after much deliberation I think I will go with number 4 please. The sketch is adorable too.

Just a couple of bits, on the painted quad could you make her body a tiny bit fuller just above her lifted paw and there’s a little white patch to the left of her bone ID tag. Thank you.

Apologies, I'm being picky. Her fluffy bib was perfect in the original it was her "shoulder" (not correct doggy anatomy but hopefully you know what I mean). It just made her look a bit skinny. I've put a dodgy line where I mean in the spoiler below.

Her general body shape looks like this and this, but without the cape. The inside of her ears and eye color are the same as the ref. It might not be noticeable since the refs have a cape, but the animal has chest fluff. So, I'd like her to have a chest fluff too. She's a plant animal, and the same color as a Glade pet. Most of her body is light-green except for her paws and her mane are a dark-green color. I see the fur as something like moss or a shrub, so it's... grassy? Her ears and tail are leaves like a Leafeon. She has things like flowers and vines, but I don't really have a preference for colors or where they're placed. She has pale-yellow bracket mushrooms growing on her left leg.

Square canvas means that it's 400x400px and easily resizable to an overlay, whereas free canvas can be changed to fit with the pose & is not designed for overlay-use (so say 400x520px for example). What you get it fullsize either way (though I can shrink it down for you after it's done if you'd like). (:
