My fave summer item is the Clair Tied Hair, i think its so light and breezy
i am definitely jealous you've got beach weather there! it won't stop raining in the UK! to make me think of warm summer nights my favourite summer recipe is mexican quinoa!
to serve:
you throw EVERYTHING (bar the avocado & coriander ofc) into a big pot on the stove, bring it to the boil, then reduce the heat & let it simmer away for 10-15 minutes, stirring every now & again, until the quinoa is cooked & fluffy. then top with the avocado & coriander & you're in heaven!!
I love tuna rice salad too! We make it a bit differently though, but it's one of my favourite things to eat :)
My absolute favourite summer dish is probably the hot (as in burny) pasta salad that my mom makes. I don't know the exact recipe, but I know the sauce is made with vinegar, tomato sauce and sugar. She also puts in green peppers, onion, fusilli pasta, and probably other stuff I can't remember. I know it sounds really weird, but it's SO good, especially if you make it the day before and leave it in the fridge overnight. We used to make huge batches so we would have enough to last for days.
