I used to have an account on Neopets. 3 Actually. I was very poor, and mostly stalked the adoption center for rare painted pets lol. One of my middle school friends gave me her zombie Kougra, and I eventually made enough neopoints to buy a Christmas potion for a Shoryu or w/e. Then I got my account frozen for something I can't remember.

Somehow found this website I don't know how but my goodness it was so easy to get the hang of. Making sP is nothing as long as you do quest and restock your shop everyday. Wizard quest is where I made over 34mil which I'm still sitting on lol.. Although that isn't very rich on here personally since I notice half the people on here are decked out in expensive avatar wear. Regardless, I got lazy with wizarding and only pop on here every now and then.. I can say I like this place a lot even though it feels empty sometimes. If anyone would like to chat, I'd love to make friends on here.

It's ridiculously difficult to make NP on Neo. I was sooo surprised when I came here haha, it's such a great change.

Oh lord I was on neopets YEARS ago!! I hardly remember how it worked. I do remember wanting to keep my pets in old art when they changed the art style. xD

I transferred to here from Neo too! I'm like how you can get colored pets within the first week on Subeta, compared to years on Neo.

Yes, I came here from Neo three years ago. I figured I'd give this site a try since I lost a great deal of interest in Neo, which has sadly gone down hill -.-.

I'm a long, long time member of Neo, but the site has gone so far downhill that I spend most of my time on here. The only time I go on there is to zap a lab pet, collect interest and play a few games. That's it. I have found over the years that it's impossible to make any kind of profit over there and the only reason I keep the account is 1) it's old and 2) I worked damn hard to get it to the place it's at, which probably isn't even all that great.

I absolutely love the avatars on here. It's like being able to play dress up whenever you want, and to wear things that some of us, cough me cough, are too old to wear in real life.

The staff on here actually responds and I have always found them very kind. I could go on and on, but I just find this site to be a welcome spot to come and I can be the adult I am without fear of being frozen for some minor thing.

Neo is a mess.

I had the premium account over there two days after I signed up for that ended up in hospital was in hospital for over a week tried to sign in when I got back home and my account was frozen.

Contacted them and asked why got told it was frozen for scamming i told them I could prove I was in hospital and not on neo made no difference to them at all tried to get back the money I spent on the premium account No chance of that.What makes me laugh about that place they freeze people for scamming but then tell you that you can make another account.

Too many thieves over there they would steal your eyeballs and come back for the lashes to go with them what is it with people who want to steal pixels one thing that was rife back then was people putting keyloggers on their pages and galleries so then they are getting your info.

Definitely. As a newbie, I can tell I'm not the only one lost; however, I think that works in Subeta's favor. There's so much exploration available on here and potential to find a niche that I already like, and I've been here for all of one day lol. Oddly enough, it's been years since I've ever touched neopets. I guess I randomly craved the zen qualities it had, but for a more mature audience (I then found Subeta)

At the beginning I used to play at both places, but then I realized: there's just nothing to do on Neo anymore and it gets worse and worse now from what I hear. :0

Restocking? No way! The forums? So many of users are rude, especially on the NC forums where I spent alot of time Trading NC items? Since Neo got sold the newer items are sooo pixelated o,O Something exciting to do like a plot? Not in years Battling? If you are able to afford the training.. And then the lag which is horrible Oh well, I could say I gave it up already. :3

I came from Neo as well. I will continue to play as long as it's running though...or at least do my dailies and check on my pets. I usually end up taking long breaks though, I completely missed the mess that happened last year.

I'm enjoying Subeta a lot so far! I would much rather dress myself up than my pets. I'm still bitter about the conversion. It feels so much more laid back here and more "adult". The art is beautiful!

Quests are awesome I wish it was this easy to make NP on neo. I can't quit neo cuz I'm too attached to my pets. Who I give characters n stuff for.

Hi everyone, I came here from Neopets as well, and there isn't even a comparison. Totally loving this website. It's so nice to be able to just talk and not have to go back and edit my post 10 times because the filters say NO. I'm really enjoying the freedom, and I've decided I like the artwork better here as well. Hopefully more people from Neopet's will discover this site and make the transition. I know we'll all have lots of fun here. :3

Yup, 7 years ago I had friends on a chatbox that had shown me the light of subeta. Man so much has changed on both sites, so glad I dumped neo though! lol

I used to have an account on Neopets but stopped playing months before v2 and never looked back. About six months after I left Neopets for good I was introduced to Subeta by a couple of friends so I seem to be one of the few people that didn't come directly from Neopets.

I did ;) I came over bc first off those damn filters are SOOO stupid!! balls, grapes, cucumbers, seaweed... and so forth.. I mean like really? Its just so babyish, considering most players ( not trolls anways) are a bit older!

Jumpstart has done a terrible job with everything so far, the site just falls deeper and deeper into the hole.

I used to play on Neo many a year ago. They really did make it impossible to have a normal conversation... Seemed like every other word was banned. Couldn't roleplay, couldn't talk to people. Oh well, after they froze me I had nowhere else to go... until my friend told me about Subeta. So worth the join!
