At this point, I'm starting to think putting Delish/Viv/whatever other fashion lines we had in the Fashions Past machine, instead of the Hustler, would be a better idea.

And have the Hustler be recoded to just randomly choose from the pool of DPs released between 2005-2015, for 250 CSC.

So this means I won't get a chance to buy any books, stickers, or wearables?

Feel free to suggest those types of things on the suggestion forum, I'm all about it. I'm working on a better way of finding old expensive DP/MC items. The majority of the DPs are actually pretty cheap. It's the MCs that need some screen time!

We already have account specific items, like the loyalty boxes and the egg boosters... Would it be possible to make any *newly purchased items from these old event shops account specific as well? (*I'm not sure how many of the formerly purchased items are still in circulation but I feel like the owners of said items shouldn't necessarily be forced to keep them just because of this change. Maybe changing the names of the items in an updated/new shop to "re-issued" or something would solve this problem. -shrugs- I don't know.)

I am seriously hoping that a solution can be found, at any rate. Personally, I'm not really into collection items - i.e. plushies, beanbags, and stickers - and most of the wearables I really wanted I already own but there is TC fodder in them there shops (and a few weapons and books -grabby hands-) which I need for my pets. (Well, maybe not need but there is definitely some serious want.)

[edit] I didn't read the other posts before posting this, because I wanted to type it up before I forgot what I was going to suggest. LOL Looks like my suggestion has already been suggested and dismissed. -sighs- Sorry for the repetition.

I would love to be able to buy the books for sPs and not have to pay a gazillion points at user shops. I do not want to sell them I would love for them to go right into my active pet's read books.

The same with clothes going into the wardrobe and not be removable.

Beanbags, Trading Cards and Plushies too. I love this idea. <3

I don't know if this has been suggested but as far as a solution for minions/clothing and not flooding the market maybe have it be a yearly sale that only is set for a certain number of hours. That way people could get them but there would be a narrow window of time so it wouldn't be open season on everything old and expensive. But this is such an awesome idea.

I like this, not just for minions and wearables, but for everything.

Rare (like wizard-giving-you-a-potion-rare) Random event boon or something where you access the Hustler's storage and can chose to take one (retired) item out of his storage. All items cost X million SP, hopefully in the 8 digits and higher. You have like 1 hour to use your boon and then WOOSH.

Because that idea is alright, but I feel it doesn't solve the problem that caused people to discuss it? The reason why people were upset at old items being nearly extinct is for things like Item Hunt, and this does not solve the problem

Regarding the non collection item issue...

Why not lock them like other account locked items have been before? That way they can go in armory/wardrobe/TC without being able to be traded or sold. And only whatever option you guys decide.

Could create a duplicate of the item (new item ID but for all purposes basically the same item) and this duplicate only have the specific function (wardrobe or inventory, armory or inventory), not even have the other functions show up when you click the item.

I'm sure this has probably been suggested already, I'm on mobile at 2am and there's no way I'm looking through all the pages on this browser (pain in the butt!). So consider this a +1 to account-locking?

As a person, who for all her time here on site has continuously spent all her sP to buy special items, I couldn't win myself from other users for a fortune, I'm afraid you're going to dictate the price with this shop and thus violently retrict our option to earn sP (back).

I don't really agree with this, unless all of an item are on frozen/abandoned accounts or entirely used I don't think they should become available by any means. Especially with books you're killing the value of those still out in the wild however few they are.

I agree.

I really don't see how making these items available to do what we please with is going to flood the market. People who want them for collections etc will be taking them out of circulation again. If they cost millions of sP to buy, not many people are going to buy them in bulk in hope of reselling for a profit later.

If items bought for wardrobe, TC and so on are going to be locked to our account, there needs to be some way of getting rid of them later if they're no longer wanted.

There are several items in the Pirate/Islander shops I want for pet TCs, but the thought of them being locked to my account is a big turn-off. What if I change my pets later and no longer need those items? I don't want them lying around in my account. And locking items to a pet's TC? Hell no!

I'd rather see something that limits how often these items can be bought to stop them flooding the market, combined with a high price for an sP sink, and to discourage buying for profit.

  • Time limit. Maybe something like Peka Glade, where you can only access it at certain times. Or one item every X Hours, like TS and MC.

  • Invite system. Something like SubQ, but have them redeemed when found so people can't profit by selling them.

  • Buff System. Random event gives you a buff that allows you to buy one item from the shop. Time limited.

For books, rather than read to ACTIVE pet can it take us to a menu to choose the pet to read to? It'd be nice if those of us who read to multiple pets didn't have to switch our actives around to do this.

How about this suggestion (not sure of doable):

Could you make it an item that when bought is put directly into the wardrobe, which is not locked in there, but when it is removed and put into the inventory it is transformed into a Pile of Dust or something...

[Also, I'm against any form of timers. Because in order to stop the market from being flooded it'd need to be long and I (and presumably many others) would need a lot of those items so it'd just not be a good enough solution]

Yeah, I'm a bit worried. Many of the items I want from these things are either wearable or it would be for a gallery/TC. I understand Subeta doesn't want a lot of these retired things floating around the site, though.

Still, this is great news that I'll be able to get my hands on all those wears eventually!

The way some people spell makes me wonder about their pronunciation. My CW shop, and my ping group
