This is another one of those nearly the same things right?

Colby never comes properly aged when it's extra sharp, and you can't get it with the Welsh/Cornish/Somerset terroir like you can with Cheddar. Cheddar all the way.

Cottage Cheese or Feta?

FETA! It's SOOOO good, god! Sharp cheeses are my downfall.

Both! ...erm, the satay is the dish I'm less likely to encounter, so that one.
