It seems the restock times have been fixed. I haven't seen any really long restock times for the past 20 minutes. I even managed to restock a Super Rare item.

...even if most of the items restocking aren't worth buying. Can't make a profit off of them; they're too cheap.

So far, even with the shorter restock times I've not been able to restock any items I can sell for profit in my shop. None of the usual items I've been restocking. To/For me it's still broken.

I just sat in Defend and Conquer and refreshed until it restocked...one new "common" rarity item. That's it. Literally one item stocked and otherwise no rare/super rare. It's the same items that have been in there that are dirt cheap.

Books turned over after 13 minutes and rathskeller after 11, bleh stock, still not impressed. I'd like the changes to make rsing more fun or at leasT not turn into some tedious chore I hate. I was just getting back into subbie from a spotty hiatus and now y'all are screwing with my favorite activity. Guess I'll keep my monies in my pocket until I see if this place is going to keep my interest. =o(

Facebook made an excellent point about making 1 or 2 vending machines that only vend retired items that I will echo wholeheartedly. I would gladly pay more wiz tokens to vend a limited machine that gave me a chance at old beanbags that are astronomical in price now. I took a hiatus for some time and missed a lot. I'm recently returned too, and restocking had quickly moved back into my favorite thing to do here, as I was able to snag things that I had missed in my absence.

I'd also like to place a vote for a vending machine that gave you a chance at monthly collections from the past. Either the actual boxes or the items contained within, both would be good. Some of those items are impossible to find now and especially with stuff like plushies and beanbags, once it's gone, it's gone forever. Make them csc vending machines and you'd pull a small fortune from a good number of people, I'm sure.

I don't think the problem was ever with people restocking but with people getting a bunch of stuff using wizard tokens .. so it feels like they're getting it for free and then they undercut the npc shops. The vending system needs to be changed.. maybe get rid of a few and of the machines or change up the items that you get from there.. maybe make one or two rare vending machines where they cost 10 or 20 a pop but they give you retired items .. that way you can get old book, plushies and food items back into circulation but at a reasonable rate?

I very disagree on the retired stuff. I think some retired stuff should be more expensive then the rest. Putting them in a vending machine would only deflate more items. Especially for 10 wizard tokens.

still waiting 15-20 min for a restock only for there to be no worthwhile items.. is it going to stay like this?

I feel like vending machines in general are a huge cause for the majority of inflation... maybe decreasing the limit on those instead of npc shops.

Sigh Still not able to restock anything really to sell in my shop. My shop til was again about 1/3 of what it is on a normal morning and that is from selling what is left in my shop not from anything I've bought to sell.

I have already given up collecting plushies, beanbags and stickers because of the inability to ever really complete a collection and the cost involved. I have given up on battling. Given up on pet TCs.

Only things I had left were my wardrobe and collecting subq sets. I believe with the subq restocking changes that subq sets are done for me as well since I can no long buy anything from there because it's always empty of new items. It always took me a long while to complete a set, but at least I knew I could eventually. Doesn't feel like that anymore.

That leaves me my ha and wardrobe which is where all my subeta enjoyment is, but if I cannot fund even buying what I want/need for that what do I have left? Does not even include having the sP to buy friends and random people gifts for birthdays and for whatever.

I used to restock a lot after doing quests but it's pointless trying now. Looks like restockers can join the ranks of players who only turn up for special events like Vesnali and Morostide etc.

It is better, not that that's difficult, considering what it was before, but it's still very... weak. I've managed to pick up a lot more stuff today than I have in the last couple of days (combined!), but the shops don't seem to be replenishing nearly as much as they would in a normal restock. They've essentially moved the situation from "just fine" to "utterly ludicrous" to "a bit shit".

There are better ways to manage the economy than dicking with restocking!

I'm kind of starting to feel like I'm restocking on Neopets again, constantly sitting there refreshing, hoping to find something decent, and praying that no one beats me to it. I've never been a great restocker, but it was always much easier here. I had good days, and bad days when I never found anything great. Right now restocking is more like Blackheart Hollow, click a shop on occasion and maybe it's the right time.

This. So much this. Competition here, at least for the shops I'm in, isn't nearly as bad as it was on Neo. However, the excessive amount of time between stocks is pretty much as bad now. Subeta's consistent, for the most part, restock time has always been something I greatly appreciate. If that remains gone, eventually I'm going to get tired of the wait and wonder off.

Is subeta trying to do neopets a favor? We barely have a handful of non-vertigo inducing , functioning and most importantly engaging games. After all the quests are done (judging by the amount of 100k items pete and monori quests and expensive rare saggi quests i quit, not that much) all that was engaging and entertaining was rsing . And now the site is actively trying to 'fix' it (im reading it as neutering aka no longer productive) instead of addressing/reforming token deflation. Here is the part folks wander off coz unlike the other site we dont have couple of hundred games to occupy us.

Seems broken again? I'm seeing super long restock times again.

Times are shorter - some shops are around 3 minutes while some are at 27 - but it is still very, very hard for a restocker to make profit unless they have the time to sit around and be lucky waiting for their shop of choice to restock. Very disappointed about this, especially considering how many of us make our profits through restocking. Also, because it's starting to become more and more like Neopets to restock - I know many of us ex-Neopians really appreciated how much easier restocking is here. It's frustrating to see Subeta turn down the same path.
