yes! I need to get back into eating healthy snacks because I need to improve my cholesterol as well.
you can sell them on the r200 forum or you can repawn them for csc ^^

It's tough though! At least for me it is. I find that when I work late I don't want to snack on veggies when I get home. I want chips!
I feel like they're kind of ugly and won't sell. I've got
pretty much what happened the last few nights I just didn't want to cook
if you're sure they wont sell then you can just pawn them back off ^^

I'm not quite sure, they're all quite old cws so its hard to say, though couldn't hurt to try really

So I just make a board saying I'm selling them and people will offer?
Also - I'm in love with Dirty Matty now o:
Thats the basics of how it is meant to be yeah ^_^
Good! Am I competing with you to rs the drinks then? xD

Thank you! Nope they live in our garden, chickens poop everywhere so you can't trust them inside the house.
The idea of going to the gym frightens me. I don't know how all the machines work. I just started to swap crisps with yoghurt and I got a pedometer to track my steps and my activity. It works with points and it shows how much more activity i need to reach my goal so sometimes i'll sit on the hometrainer for 15 minutes and reach my goal, sometimes i need an entire walk to reach it.
I got really unhealthy eating habbits though.
Well that escalated quickly!
I can't eat kit kats so i guess that helps me maintaining my weight: lactose intolerance is a bitch though. If I want to eat something like cookies or pie etc then I have to make it myself and i'll slaving in the kitchen for hours to finally be able to enjoy that one chocolate roll.
Dropping the sugary drinks really really helps. My brother used to drink orange juice all day long and he became super plump, then he dropped it and went for water and lost loads of weight. 6kg in a month seems loads though, then you'll really need to drop all the non-water drinks, all the candy, all the crisps + work out.
You can try doing long walks like I do? I just bring my head phones and go for a 3.5km walk (which i just around the block for me), with a good step that takes 45 minutes and that should help your reach your minimum activity. If you need some instant motivation: i got a misfit shine and it really helps making me aware of how lazy I am, it shows in a graph: look Annemie, you did absolute shit today ... NOW GO WALK.
do it for the coat though, do it for the coat :D

Stupid Pig Beanbag
YES.

Maybe I'll make a board then. Give it a week or so and if I get nothing the pawn them off again. Indeed you are xD I keep making the mistake of running out of alcohol to dirnk though!
Congrats on the beanbag! I just bought a plushie this morning. I need ALL the forum points!
You can have someone show you how the gym machines work! That's what I did when I first started going. I think a pedometer would be neat! I basically just sit at a desk all day at work, though.
Thank you! Same, i need 10 more forum points for a priority item and about 183 for non priority items.
I'm super nervous when i have to go somewhere that i haven't been before so i probably would get really stressed at the gym. Fitness isn't without risk in my case because I have problems with my heart and i don't know how to control it. So I might build up first with swimming so my heart can stand a bit more.
I just sit home all day behind my computer, that's why i didn't lose weight at first.

It always escalates quickly with Ali xDD
I have a slight gluten intolerance but its cheaper to just deal with the discomfort and eat gluten rather than exclude it from my diet.
I'm definitely going to go on at least a long walk each day now except for days I'm at uni, those stairs are a mother fucking bitch to do, its like a kilometre of walking + 12+ flights of stairs.
I've dropped the sugary drinks before but I just love my iced tea but I gotta do it for the coat!
Its why I sort of hoard it all for a week and then dish it out! But nooooo I want all the alcohol myself. Fight me!

Doesn't turn Gluten intolerance into coeliac after a while?
When I heard I had lactose intolerance my doctor didn't tell me it was important to change my diet, then I ruined my bowels and got irritated bowel syndrome, I was unable to eat anything for more than a month (absolutely nothing but yoghurt and roasted bread) and my bowels quit vitamine intake from my food.
yikes flights of stairs, I feel you.
You can make iced tea yourself and with way less calories? Just make tea and put it in the fridge (or freezer if you want it faster).

Thanks for purchasing from the forum shop! Make sure to post on the forums to find more tickets! Hardie Beanbag
Thank youuuuuu <3

Wow, 183 pts?! Are there really that many items in there?
Maybe best to start with swimming, then. Don't want to overdo it. I did that last week. I almost blacked out during a fitness class!
That's a better idea! Hoard, hoard, hoard!
it can turn into irritable bowel, but I don't know I haven't looked too hard into it.
Yeah I need to eat better but I have been doing better since I got my blood test results back because I know I need to make changes.
It is so hard to do.
I also like the sugar in it because I hate unsweet tea (bleh)

Yeah you would be surprised if you go count, and many of those are loads of points. I removed 3 items from my list and now i'm down to needing 140 points. And that's not counting the books double.
Blacking out it scary, be careful!
Trust me, you do not want to get irritated bowel. Worst month of my life, I begged my parents to take me to the hospital for an infuse and they refused.
Changing your food isn't easy :( Gotta be strong! The sugar is what makes it unhealthy though. We are having a campaign here against sugar so they show from drinks how many sugar cubes they got in them.

Yeah definitely not! My siblings dad has it and the poor guy has a strict diet.
Yep! It takes like a month for it to become a habit! I have my strong days and my weak days but its the new month now so its time to make a change! I can do it if I set my mind to it!

Not sure if you are still awake , I need quick advise: I got a 1k csc offer on my Rules of Reflection. To do or not to do? That's around 50mil

since it is a book which are sometimes HTS, I'd accept the csc offer since you can always resell ^^
Status: Offline
I accepted it. The same person also bought a hts 8,5Mil item from my shop, offered a blacklight potion on the new tempest book that i got yesterday and then offered 1k csc on the reflection book.
Accepted it all. Tomorrow we got a new collection coming out, so I slightly raised my csc price again and holding onto the 1k csc for tomorrow :D
