she is getting her tonsils removed and her soft palate is too short, it doesn't hit the hard palate when she talks, so she has a very nasally voice and can't pronounce words properly. So they are going to extend her soft palate.

they want them out because they are large and might cause sleep apnea. so to be on the safe side and since they will be in there anyway, they are taking them out. Her immunologist said it was all good to take them out. We are just now waiting on cardiology to give her clearance ad we are good to go in July for the surgery.
