To ATrueHeart, I'm so sorry for what your sister is going through... I have Crohn's as well, and recently was admitted to hospital for over a week following my scope which didn't show very good things for me unfortunately. :( Bright side is I finally have a specialist who is dedicated to my quality of health and my comfort - had at least 5 in the past that didn't give a crap about their job! Hoping for brighter things ahead, for all of us. <3

It's a lousy disease and she's had some doctors working on her for over 15 years now and can't seem to do crap! But now she's up here with me in the Dallas area I think we can get her some decent doctors that will do something for her!

I know what you mean... been dealing with this disease since I was a kid (10-11) almost 28 now - and this is the first year a doctor has actually tried to do something for me! My body definitely has taken the blow not getting the treatment it needed for so long. Scary stuff but there's no point in worrying about things I have no control over! :D Again you and your family are in my prayers <3 <3 <3

thank you hun and yes it really affects the person with the health problems and you when the doctor just does not seem to take the time or care for you. Its like they all forgot the oath they take. But I am so happy that my husband has finally found a good one. I was there with him yesterday and amazed at how good and caring and determined this specialist is. I am so happy for the others who have finally found good docotors. It is a shame that our world is so full of bad doctors when the good ones are so needed. hugs
