Thanks for all the support and prayers. My sister has Krohn's disease that is killing her liver, she's diabetic and has a blood disorder to boot. The doctor thinks it's just the end stages of her liver disease and that she needs a transplant. They are running tests and will know more today.

that's a bad disease. I'll keep on praying. Hopefully they'll find an organ that fits keps thumbs pressed

Thanks for the update , still sending prayers. It is possible the people at the hospital can help get her disability insurance sooner also.

She has her disability but it doesn't start paying until first of September. We are looking into whether or not the hospital has a program to help pay for her insulin.

That is so terrible, I pray that she will be able to find a matching donor if they do determine that she needs a kidney transplant. My upstairs neighbor and I have become good friends since before she had her kidney transplant so I try to help her in any way I can, it's a tough thing.

Love and prayers to you both. It is never easy to see someone you love go through pain and hardship.

it's a liver transplant not kidney. We are just gonna have to wait and see. They are supposed to do an ultrasound of her liver today.
