There is nothing Staples can do as it is the design of the product. That's OK - just found what I wanted on Amazon and it will be here on Friday at which time i will box up this horror of a monitor and ship it back. Will not go with out a monitor till the new wonderful one comes!!

well I pawned about a 100k item to get it I only got 17k for the item but it was an item I got doing Major Drills Quest so it really didn't cost me anything so it was a win win situation and the item I pawned was an Marsh Dillema Elixer
