Cairo! That is definitely on my list of places I'd like to visit but probably never will. What's the climate like? I can only imagine how hot it must be. I didn't see any pictures in your profile, but just driving through the rural areas gave me an idea of how beautiful it is. Michigan is very flat and we have some nice lakes and waterfalls (check out the Upper Peninsula if you're ever here!) but no mountains. It was amazing for me to see when I visited. I've never been to Saskatchewan but I've heard it's very pretty. My dad does nature photography as a hobby and I think he might be planning a trip up there in the future. Fun trivia fact: if you drive south from Detroit, the first foreign country you hit is Canada!

Roxy is about 60 lbs and Ringo is close to about 85 lbs. Yep Cairo is still a driving nightmares, defined lanes that are totally ignored, and cars going the wrong way. Never mind foot traffic from animals and humans. PLUS what also slows is something they call, took took. Small versions of a golf cart used like miniature taxis for poor people. Their like an infestation of locust and a plague on Egypt.

Hot and hotter, right around October to February its cooler. Not much rain at all.

I did, but it just shows broken images for me. I think my browser might just be outdated. I've never rode a snow mobile. If we could ride them on the roads it might solve traffic problems during blizzards...

Lots of photographers come here as the birds are plentiful.It's mostly flat prairie except for the river valleys.Loads of fishing further north and lots of lakes.Yes Windsor, Ontario is south LOL...funny.. :) Some things never change...and never leave your vehicle unattended if you break down..LOL It will be stripped when you get back Ha Ha Nice pictures.

Shoot that can happen if you just park in the wrong area. That happen to my husband's sister during the revolution, it was a mess and no law.

I have a feeling any goats you bought wouldn't live very long. Your best bet if you went that route would be just to rent them and put your dogs up in their cages while they were visiting. I don't think that link I sent you was local to you, I just sent it because of the information it had. I bet you could find one in your area though.

: Before I go to bed, I just wanted to wish my author Mark and his lovely mate Francine a happy 39th wedding anniversary. They eloped 39 years ago to Zepher Cove in Lake Tahoe, drove to Reno Nevada to get their license, then got married at a small lake-side wedding chapel. It's a funny and very sweet story and one day I may get his permission to tell it.

I will. Usually I love my jobs. It's just - I don't feel all to well.
